Luis was great! I was the only one, and had never done Pilates before, but he was very patient and explained how to do everything! He was able to adjust the class to work with me. I will definitely come back!

Amanda was a great instructor and very patient. She made sure to pay attention to each person in the class to ensure we all had an equal and full experience. The booking process is also very impressive and user-friendly. I’d recommend this studio to anyone who wants to try out Pilates!

everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Douglas makes sure your form is correct, it was a full class but i felt he was very attentive. Was my first time in tower class, it was lighthearted and fun, but you feel the burn. I lift, but was looking for something different to challenge me. I learned how to better engage my core/ powerhouse, looking forward to more classes with Douglas.

Doug is terrific. He coaches to make sure form is perfect that you are working the exercise to the max. Even the simplest exercise is demanding when it’s done right, and I always leave class feeling I’ve had a valuable workout.

Amanda always makes the class challenging and introduces something new each time (at least new to me). She gives clear directions and makes helpful adjustments. Her voice volume is perfect (I find some of the other instructors are too loud). I really enjoy the class!

Christa is a wonderful instructor. She describes each exercise succinctly so it is super easy to follow the flow of each exercise. Christa is fun and has very kind and gentle yet challenging approach to teaching her classes. Her hands on adjustments add that specific detail to improve the technique of the exercise. Definitely love taking Christa’s class!
