I really love how friendly, warm, and welcoming Meredith is. She makes everyone in the class feel confident and comfortable. I like how she explains the "why" behind the movements without being too overwhelming. Meredith is a wonderful coach and I will recommend her to everyone I know.

Ray is great. I am new to CrossFit, so he really works with me to adapt the workout so I can get stronger and better and compete the workouts He also gives me a little extra attention I need to make sure my form is correct. I appreciated that he let me drop my V-ups down from 12 to 10 for last nights work out :)
Doc was great! She clearly spelled out the metcon, and strength portions of the workout. She provided demonstrations of the exercises and alternatives for the handstand walk. Great class!
Even with a full class, Mike gives me instructions specific to my limitations. This helps as I can continue to workout daily.
Mike is an excellent coach! He does anything and everything to make all the athletes better. He pay close attention to the little details that make a big difference. He meets the athletes at their level- never forcing an athlete to do a movement they arent comfortable with. But also pushing the athletes to the best version of themselves, while keeping them safe.

Having never tried CrossFit before, I was a little nervous. However, Reyes kept it simple for me and worked on my form. He was mindful of a shoulder concern I had and really made me feel comfortable. It was a fun class and I hope to return. I highly recommend this gym and Reyes as a trainer!
I was dropping in while in town and am so happy I found CrossFit Vicerant! Amy was attentive, kind, and motivating, which kept the workout fun and upbeat! She provided great feedback to improve my technique and made me feel welcomed so easily. I will definitely be returning when I am in town next! Thank you Amy!!

Nicole is always spot on with advice and corrections. She is attuned to the different levels of every participant, it seems. Her good natured jabs are motivating, characteristic of a great coach, and on par with the community at CF Vicerant. This morning I learned a great deal about self correcting my form on overhead squats. Another awesome day in the box with phenomenal coaches.

In every class I have taken with Ancelmo he excels at meeting me where I’m at regarding my ability level and physical strengths and limitations. One of my biggest challenges is shoulder pain. Ancelmo’s instruction helped me to finally achieve snatching a barbell overhead for the first time without pain and feeling confident. This is not cookie cutter coaching. He does the same for everyone in the class. He has fine attention to detail and gives excellent feedback to ensure you are performing the skills safely and correctly as per your abilities.

I have zero mobility, haven’t worked out in ages. I appreciate Amy for her patience and for taking the time to ensure I was doing everything right with correct form. Looking forward for the next class and excited about being a long term member

Super helpful and so polite and really cares about our gym and personal life and makes sure we are ok! Brought my girlfriend in for a drop In class and she was super nice to her and made her feel not nervous and very comfortable!
I just finished my drop in class with Amy and really liked the experience! If I didn’t live in Tennessse, I would definitely sign up for a membership. It was nice to be in a gym environment that was low pressure and have friendly faces! I also like that Amy was so kind and willing to accommodate people of all fitness levels. Definitely not your typical “see how much you can sweat” type of class, but instead focused on correct form and movement to improve your performance which develops true understanding of your muscle groups. If I could leave more stars, I would!

Great class today. Coaching was clear and concise. Well orchestrated with what could have been an unruly bunch. And the music, oh the sweet sweet music, it was fabulous and on-point for the entire WOD!
Ted is always interacting positively with/us in class, watching over our form & overall performance. He’s positive & personable! I live that he always has scaling options & listens to each athlete about they feel comfortable trying/doing in WODs so it really feels like a workout you are going to be successful accomplishing. Great coach!
Amanda dressed for success! She presented well and prepared well. She took time answering questions and made sure to tailor every question to the situation at hand. Her ability to improv, and tie in coaching knowledge and expertise on the fly was seamless. Providing impromptu cue and challenges to meet all athlete needs. Every athlete is met with personal interaction, which show the investment of the coach pertaining to each individual athlete.
Great tunes today. Mike was really struggling with handstand walks was tough to watch 😔. Maybe do a wellness check on him

Rey was phenomenal. The workout was pretty straightforward but required some brain power to keep the scheme working. The gym is one of the best equipped boxes I’ve dropped into. They have a great use of space to pack all of the equipment into it and still be able to effectively work out.
Mike was as always a great coach at 6:30. He helped me a lot with the strict press, correcting my form, which helped a lot with the strength portion of the workout. Again, also helpful with the tempo pushups; he took time with each of us to improve the workout and customize it for each of us.
Amy was a great coach, she guided me through the proper and safe way of performing the exercises, she is motivational

Caley is honestly an amazing coach. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always keeps an eye on my form and helps me correct things when needed. If I have any questions or concerns about something hurting she always finds an alternative workout to do. Thank you Caley!
