Aby is my favorite coach at Trident! (Sorry, Donnie.) He makes every class fun and enjoyable while still pushing you to limits you didn’t even know existed. He always ensures you have the correct form and gives helpful modifications when needed, so you feel challenged but never unsafe. Love Andrea’s performance lab classes. Been a member for three months and already seeing results and increased strength. Cues are helpful and effective and my squat form has dramatically improved.

Couldn’t select Anne-Marie from the dropdown. Anne- Marie was a great coach for my first cross-fit session. Patiently explained the different exercises and stances, while correcting my mistakes. Loved the personalized attention. She also made sure to check in with me, so that I don’t over exert myself. Awesome class all around.
Andrea is a phenomenal coach. She brings so much positive energy and excitement to her classes and is a great teacher. I love how she worked directly with me, either modified exercises to help me feel more comfortable or worked through them with me so that I felt confident. She also offers tons of support and encouragement throughout the class so I always felt good going forward!
Melanie is an awesome coach! Her prep/ mobility pre-workout was on point. She gave great tips on technique and corrective movement. The workout challenging. And she was fun!!

As if by some effortless sleight of hand, Andrea makes me feel like I’m in a private training session even when I’m in a training session with a dozen or more members. Despite them, she makes sure I’m executing the prescribed routines correctly and modifies those routines to suit my physical limitations. She helps me reach my physical limits, then push beyond them. And she does all this with a warm, generous spirit and a wicked sense of humor. There is no better trainer.

Trident Barbell Club has been fantastic! Rick is a great coach and guides you on your lifts. He allows you conduct the work on your own, with supervision, and when things get spicey he does not hesitate to provide guidance and correction to ensure your lifts are correctly done. In addition to Rick, he has a great cadre within the barbell club who also provide guidance and assistance.
Sean was really great! Super welcoming for me as a first timer. He explained everything thoroughly, was supportive and encouraging, and most of all made sure our form was good. Thanks for such a great class!

I can already tell this is going to be an amazing experience. I always wanted to do CrossFit and it has been so welcoming so far. I love the attention to detail by the coaches and ensuring your form is perfect before adding weights. I’m hooked so far

Great partner workout! Warm up was tailored to the exercises and overall great class feel and form corrections. Felt a little lost in the cool down portion, but every gym is different so no worries there!
Today my coach is Josh. The class was very interesting And He was very kind. I was so happy and that time was enjoyable.
Josh was helpful in easing me back into CrossFit after taking a few years off! Looking forward to getting back into a regular schedule!

I’ve dropped into the gym a few times when Aby has been coaching and also a few times when he’s just been an athlete. He’s always very cheery and welcoming to new faces. He also brings some good energy and humor to early morning classes which really makes class more enjoyable. Workouts have fun been too!

The class today was great. Stacy made sure we had ample time to warm up. She then pointed out the proper way to life and perform each exercise to ensure we did not injure ourselves. And, she made sure I did NOT put my hands on my hips.
