Today had running programmed into the workout, but it was raining. Will gave us several options to consider and explained the pros and cons of each one given the other movements in the workout, which helped guide the class to an appropriate substitute to the standard program while still getting a great workout

For me, today was an especially good day to have Ryan coaching the class. My back has been fired up this week from learning to improve my deadlifts. Not only did he continue to spend time working with me on improving my deadlift form, he also helped me find some alternative exercises to help my back recover. The MoveMeant continues to impress me everyday. My health, sense of community, and overall wellbeing is better thanks to them all.
