Coach Pats class got me fired up and ready for the day. I appreciate the attention to details and active cues to make sure we were working correctly. Once we got into it Coach helped push us to the finish line.

Patrick does a good job keeping class moving even when we’re a little loopy/goofy. I appreciate the approach he takes when giving feedback or when giving corrections to ensure the movement or form is on point.
Today was the first time working out in 6 years and Liz was a great coach! She immediately made me feel comfortable by patiently explaining each move and demonstrating the proper form before we started. Throughout the WOD, Liz offered encouraging words and checked on everyone’s technique. She took notice of individual struggles and suggested ways to scale the movement appropriately. The workout itself was challenging but manageable, and I left feeling happy and proud. Liz’s approach made all the difference in turning what could have been an intimidating experience into a positive, welcoming back one.

Matt’s an exceptional coach that takes the time to understand your strengths and weaknesses. He pushes you when you need it and offers alternative fitness movements when required. Super supportive and encouraging too.
Patrick was so helpful! Made me feel comfortable with the moves and make sure my form was on point, I am super new so he definitely took the confusion out of the workout for me 😌 super excited to continue my journey here

Sydney kindly explained to me the details of each exercise. She gave me alternative exercises if i couldn’t complete the one everyone else was doing. She was helpful and welcoming

She is awesome to work with. When she asks “ how are you feeling “ it’s not for conversation, it’s because she knows how to execute a workout plan on the spot that will work for you. If I’m dealing with an injury or soreness (not from working out) she gets you through an effective workout that not only helps me, but I actually feel better throughout the day. Highly recommend reaching out to her, you won’t be disappointed!

Coach Matthew is an excellent coach/instructor. He was clear in his instructions; he made Lucas and I feel comfortable; and, more importantly, he ensured that we learned proper form in each exercise. Lucas and I look forward to our next session with Coach Matthew.
Matthew broke down a complex movement into more manageable steps. He coached every one of us on each step and gave us one thing to focus on. I felt like I had a better understanding of the movement when it was time to do the workout. The time spent coaching us through the movement was valuable.
Christie is really great at knowing each person’s strengths. She guides the best way to scale a workout but also let’s us know when we can push ourselves a bit harder. She shows the proper mechanics to ensure we are doing a movement correctly and safely. She walks through each movement step by step to make sure we are comfortable. She rocks!!!

I have been training with Christie for the past 3 months. (2 times a week) Do the first couple week suck???? Most DEFINITELY….. and I could not be happier with my progress physically & mentally. She taught me how to lift weights/workout with the right form for maximum results while breathing correctly. She is very knowledgeable, supportive & motivating. Between sessions she reaches out via texts to check on you. Always ask how you are feeling, what she can do to help. My personal goals are to be stronger and make healthier choices. Each session she pushes me to my max (while paying close attention to my body capabilities and makes adjustments when needed) and provided a full-body workout. Each session is a lot of fun with great music, encouragement and energy. I highly recommend reaching out to Christie @ Solstice. We all have different goals ~ at the end of the day we all walk through those doors for the same purpose. To become healthier & stronger version of ourselves. Solstice is a clean & friendly environment. Do it! You will be glad you did.

Alexis focused on my goals for training and took my level of training into consideration. She ensured my technique was accurate and encouraged me to push myself beyond my limits!

Liz is awesome! I was just getting back to the gym after a busy month at work, and Liz programmed the perfect session to get me back into things. I was also having some hip pain, and the programming helped stretch things out so well that I felt better at the end of the workout. Very thoughtful but still challenging. Feedback during the session was helpful and clear. Liz is always friendly and great to talk with.
It was my first time working with a personal trainer and Christie instantly made me feel at ease. She personalized a work out for me that was challenging and also provided thorough instruction. Christie has a great energy and it’s obvious she loves what she does!

Been going for a while now! Mainly to the 3pm open gym or the 4pm class. Lexi is super helpful with giving pointers, and very encouraging. Always trying to push us the athletes to do a little better then the day before.
Christie is always on point. Workout Brief, Warm Up and providing visual & tactile cues to get members dialed in before the class gets “moving”. PSA - Christie keeps it fun and brings energy & good vibes. You’ve been warned 😎
Great job with the class this morning. Small class and you always do a nice job of adjusting no matter the size. I appreciate that you provide feedback during your classes that is specific to the individual and not generic feedback that is the same for everyone as some coaches do. That always feels forced. Your classes are fun and I really appreciate that
