I can’t recommend SLAM enough! I recently had my third child, and thanks to SLAM and Coach Jessica’s incredible guidance, this was the most active I’ve ever been during pregnancy. Jessica, who’s certified in prenatal and postpartum fitness, tailored each workout with modifications that kept me feeling confident and reassured—even allowing me to attend up until the week before I delivered. I’d dreamed of having a supportive group like this when I was a new mom, and having that community by my side this time made all the difference. The encouragement and friendship here helped make this my easiest postpartum recovery yet. Now, at six months postpartum, I’m feeling strong, motivated, and so grateful to continue being a part of this community!

SLAM has been a big part of my life since having my first daughter in 2021. After having to leave my original SLAM location back in NC a little over a year ago, Jess has welcomed me into bucks county like I’ve been there since day one! I love that she takes her time to go over the workouts with us and helps us if we need some direction. I’ve had my fair share of hardships this year and she has gone above and beyond to be there inside and outside the gym. She truly loves to coach and has brought a new excitement to my mornings! Whether you’re a seasoned athlete, a new mom, an empty nester, or just a woman looking for some great workouts, I would highly recommend Jess and SLAM Bucks County.

I am training for a race and Jess offered great advice on pacing myself and improving on my time. The most recent class I attended was a great mix of strength training and conditioning and I left feeling great!

I like the idea of having different options as far as level of difficulty and comfort, yet she encourages us to push ourselves a little bit more each class

Jess founded the SLAM Bucks community just when I needed it! She always has fun classes to keep you engaged. The best part about SLAM is that you can come as you are - in motherhood, in your fitness journey and be appreciated for choosing 1 hour a day for yourself.

I love coming to S.L.AM! Jessica has created the most inclusive, supportive community of moms that are hard working, strength focused, and down to earth. She really knows post partum and pregnancy fitness and advises everyone to their specific needs. She keeps every workout fun and fresh and we’ve all seen incredible gains in our health. The kids love it too and get used to seeing their moms put their health first. Finally, and my favorite part - she organizes monthly Mom’s nights out where we can come together and put ourselves first. I’ve found friends and a community in S.L.A.M and I can’t thank Jess enough!
