Mike O is not listed on the drop down, but wanted to share this feedback. First, I Loved the upbeat and clubbing music today. Sets the right tone. Second, I really liked how Mike O. Had us practice the proper forms with empty barbells first so we get the form before loading the weight. Great session. Would love more form correction in real time after we load up the weights, and we get lazy with the form. And thank you for helping strip and out on weights. Great class!

Every class at RxFit is well thought out and challenging. I always feel accomplished and satisfied at the end of each class. Mike, Megan and the entire training staff do a fantastic job of showing proper technique and providing the perfect amount of motivation. I’m a huge fan of this gym!
I’ve been a member of many gyms over the years, but Coach Mike’s classes are the reason I’ve stayed here for almost nine. His workouts are smart, balanced, and never repetitive. They are structured to hit every major muscle group efficiently, with just the right amount of cardio to build endurance and keep your heart strong. What makes his classes stand out is how he manages a full room of people while still paying attention to individual effort and form. He keeps the energy high and the workouts challenging, which makes you want to keep showing up for more.
Megan should teach more classes! Her instructions were clear and she keeps a close eye on the class to ensure that everyone (no matter how many people there are) is safely performing the exercise. Please come back to teaching!!

Amazing as always. Keep learning from Jess. Walks around correcting form, pushes us when she knows we can lift heavier but also suggests less weight when noticing we are struggling/can hurt ourselves. Best trainer I have ever worked with. She is truly a stand out. Have learned so much from her

I can’t say enough good things about Mike. Every workout is the perfect balance of fun and challenging—you leave completely exhausted but also proud of what you accomplished. What really sets Mike and his team of coaches apart is the way they create a sense of community. Each class feels supportive and welcoming, no matter your fitness level. It’s not just about getting stronger physically, but also about building connections and enjoying the process. I always look forward to coming to class because I know I’ll get a tough workout and a great time with an awesome group of people. Highly recommend!

Coach Nick trains me Nick has given me the confidence to walk into any gym and know what I’m doing. I’ve only been going to RXFIT for a little under a month and I’ve never felt stronger. To add, I’ve never been more confident in myself mentally and physically than I am today and I give credit to Nick for that. He has helped me build not only strength and confidence, but endurance. I used to never look forward to going to the gym until I found RXFIT. RXFIT has a great community that I am proud to be apart of. I will definitely, without a doubt, be back when I come home from college.

Mike and RX are truly the best at what they do. Since joining he has taken the time to make sure I’m part of the RX family. Each and every workout takes it to another level you can’t find at any other facility anywhere.

Megan’s class was incredible as always. She demonstrates all the movements clearly, keeps a close watch on all participants, corrects any imperfections in their movements, challenges everyone to push themselves, and always keeps it fun. What could be better?
Great class as always, 5:45 AM class can be challenging to manage given the overlap with 5 AM, but Jess as always did a super job. I’m kind of on auto pilot that early and Jess is a great motivator.

Megan is a phenomenal trainer! My session with her couldn’t have gone smoother. It was my first session post complicated pregnancy and delivery. She provided a very welcoming, energetic, and accommodating environment. She is keen to details, which made me feel so special as she remembered essential modifications I required pre-pregnancy & post pregnancy. What I love the most about RX is that all trainers prioritize their health and fitness which serves as role models to all of their members. I truly LOVE RX!😊

I’m up at 430, done with my workout at 6am and feel like a ROCKSTAR. Working out with a squad of early risers and under the support of Mike, it’s fun to think about doing it again tomorrow morning. One thing - I need more curls than a poodle in a windstorm. Bring out the biceps :)

I loved working entire body with good upper/ lower body mix. I also liked the fact that we had enough time so I could focus on right movement and increasing weight. In general building muscle strength is key priority for me so I enjoy these parts of the workouts

Mike did great with me today. I’m still trying to get in proper shape and learn how to do all the moves. He helped me with some of the maneuvers and gave me alternative exercises to do. Stayed on me to keep going but in a very non-alienating (is that a word?) manner. The. Answered my questions about what to do in between classes.
