Top notch CrossFit gym. I’ve been to many CrossFit gyms across the country and none make drop-ins feel as welcome as this gym does. Excellent programming as well.

Jarrad helped me figure out weight and reps needed, as I am still new to that. He gave me some form improvement help on dumbbell hang cleans which made the movement much faster. He also showed me some basics on overhead squats. I need a lot of help on form and correct weighting levels, so appreciate the input. Good heavy class after yesterday’s high intensity anaerobic workout. Nice variety!

Coach Beau and Travis make it fun and easy to learn for everyone! I live in a town near by and come to Proverb Fitness when I am at Lake Keowee regularly and they always make me feel welcome and work me into the partner workouts. Everyone is friendly and the coaches are extremely helpful and encouraging! And the owner Beau Bibb identifies the best electrolyte drink packets and protein powders on the market and sells them at great rates at the gym!

It can be intimidating stepping into a new gym when traveling, but the nerves weren't there for long. Super welcoming and friendly community that made me feel right at home! The wod was 👌 too and is exactly what I needed after a long day on the road!
