Very professional and knowledgeable. I have a shoulder niggle and could not do some of the prescribed exercises. He was able to suggest substitute exercises that I was able to do. Still got a very good workout!! He was encouraging throughout the workout. Will go back.

Lewis is a good coach he explains the movements then shows how to do the movement. Gives scaling options for everyones ability. He is engaged and encourages everyone to keep pushing. I enjoy his classes i find him approacable and funny.

"I've found my home away from home at Pac Porirua! Whilst studying in Porirua for the next 5 months. I've be grateful to have found this awesome CrossFit community I'd heard so much about. Coach Lewis led a fantastic class tonight, he and the entire coaching team are knowledgeable and supportive. The gym itself is top-notch, with great equipment and facilities. But what really makes Pac Porirua special is the incredible community - everyone is friendly, motivating, and genuinely supportive. Can't wait to keep training over the next couple of months! 5 stars"

Lewis was great. He creates a positive and uplifting session. He has a great sense of humor that we can have a bit of fun and a laugh with still getting a good workout. He is always supportive and encourages everyone throughout the workout. Lewis demonstrates each movement well teaching us a bit more about how to do the correct technique for the movements which is great to learn. Thanks for the energy you bring Lewis.

Class was awesome as usual and Adam pushed me to stretch myself on the more difficult gymnastics movements and to also use what I had learnt in the workout. Felt a lot more confident at the end and that I am not to far away from a ring muscle up. Adam is awesome at incorporating what we practiced as individuals into our workout so we are constantly improving.
