All the coaches at this gym are super professional and really push you to get better every day. But today’s class with Coach Aaron felt different from when I first started. It focused more on footwork, fundamentals, and was actually a lot more fun to practice. When I first joined, it was mostly a couple of drills and tons of cardio like running, but today’s session felt like a whole new level. Big shoutout to all the coaches and staff for their hard work—helping us not just become better boxers, but better people too.

Always expect something different (new) when you come to coach Johnny’s class. Never a boring session. He pushes you outside of your comfort zone but will make you thank him after all the hard work. Great class as always!

Coach Andrew did a phenomenal job with today’s class. It was very comprehensive. There was a warm-up, HIIT circuit, boxing combos drills, and even stretching at the end. I truly enjoyed the workout and felt like the class reciprocated the same feelings.

Very observant with my son and remembered what hand he writes with and coach was guiding him on how to stand and hit so my son wouldn’t get tired . My son left there very excited about boxing and wanting to go back !They were also very welcoming with my 2 year old daughter and handed her some gloves to be entertained with it was the cutest thing ever !!

Milpitas boxing is the best of the best!! My youngest son started at the age of 8. His doctor had suggested him to be more active due to his weight before. My son is 11 now fit/Healthier than ever. His more energetic and had learned about respect, balance, coordination, and focus. The Trainers/coaches are super attentive to each individual kid’s needs. Amazing coaches 🙌 Joni, Aaron and coach Angel. l am glad that I found a sport definitely 👍
