Scott does a fantastic job with coaching, he puts a lot of emphasis into proper technique that way you are concentrating on all the right areas. The classes are very engaging and fulfilling and makes a habit of working out less of a chore.

Scott is always open to providing me modifications when needed for certain movements that may cause stress on my lower back or knees…but still finds ways to challenge me and get me a good workout. For anyone looking to add a great strengthening program to their routine that complements the other activities you do, Impact is definitely worth checking out!

Always love working out with Cindy! She coaches from start to finish, and has great pointers to make things easier and smoother for my body. A few rowing cues last week and today was the first time I rowed over 1000m without feeling like it was the hardest thing ever!
