Matt always does a great warm up with explanations of each part of the workout. He is friendly, positive and encouraging. We begin and end each session on time and he checks in and oversees the session with thoughtful coaching.

I enjoyed class today lead by Angie. She warmed us up well for another great workout. Today was the bike and toe taps for me, A nice steady 12 minute workout. Looking forward to my next workout!

Sean’s coaching advice was spot on today, as always. This was a high volume low weight workout, and he provided excellent guidance on timing benchmarks to shoot for that encouraged me to go with a higher rep scheme than I originally planned. Nailed it!

Yesterday one of the exercises was toe to bar (beyond my current ability). I chose to do active double knee raises. Casey was watching me and noted that I was moving too much, which was hindering my goal and suggested I slow down. I did and was able to execute the move better while working the intended muscles. Love being coached to improvement! Thank you, Casey!

I love taking Sean’s classes. It’s not always easy shocking my body awake at 5:30am class, but I always feel warmed up for when the workouts start. He also often gives me tips to improve my form so I can do my best during the workouts. And his energy during the workouts is the best; he really is the “hype man” and keeps us going with lots of encouragement when the going gets tough! Thanks, Coach Sean!!

Sean was great. He spent time with each athlete to understand their goals for the workout and then worked on their form. With me in particular, he narrowed my stance and continued to cue me to drive my knees out throughout the lifts.

Mr Matt was awesome. Very informative and patient. Broke the moves down before going into the session. Very encouraging. I shared i had a shoulder issue and he checked on me after eat set to make sure I wasn't in any pain. Will definitely go back

Have been a few times for a drop in class while we’re here on vacation. Everyone is super friendly. Workouts are great and instructors help everyone to modify. I’ve taken classes with Angie and Kara and the are both great coaches. Highly recommend!

Karah looked and acted remarkably like Coach Sean today. In addition to doing a really breathtaking Sean impression, she did an excellent job providing encouragement and feedback, and providing a much-needed counterweight to my negative self-talk.
