Today was a good day!!!! I wasn’t really feeling like working out today but thankful for the push Elijah gave to our class. I walked in not wanting to be in the gym but left be glad that I showed up. Thanks for always having my back Coach!!!

What an amazing workout today! Elijah is very attentive to each individual. He walk around to try and prevent members from doing the exercises improperly, preventing injuries. Very great class to attend!!! Come join us and give it a try. I warn you it’s addictive 🦾🦾!!!

Really enjoyed dropping in at Velo! Great environment! Great people and coaches! Elijah met me there before class and took time to ask where my fitness level is currently and then took the time and worked with me individually for 15-20 on Bar Muscle ups(I’ve been working on them for a year and haven’t been able to get one) and after working with Elijah I finally got my first Bar Muscle Up ever! Workout was great and a lot of fun. 10/10 highly recommend!

Today was a good class. It had a workout with things that I struggled with (wall walks and toes to bar), but I was able to push through. I enjoyed working on fine tuning the rowing. I was able to tweak my pulls to become more efficient with rowing, it was nice to know about the screen showing the pulls. I still need to work on my shoulder mobility so I can be more efficient with toes to bar.
