Polly is one of the best coaches at saguaro CrossFit. She is very knowledgeable and knows how to bring your best effort out as a coach should… she is patient and is always willing to help… She always acknowledges people and never leaves anyone out of place… I feel very confident and comfortable when she is coaching!!!

Coach Holly is wonderful, she explains the directions with clarity. She also checks on each individual person to make sure they are using correct form and don’t have any questions. Coach Holly creates a fun environment where asking questions and pushing yourself are encouraged. It is obvious she enjoys coaching and has a plethora of knowledge in CrossFit.
