As of recently I have been going to the 9AM classes and Shawna is the coach! I think she does a really good job showing us what the technique should look like and if we are injured she remembers. She always gives us different exercises to do if we need to scale and wants everyone to achieve their goals wether it’s scaled or not.

Bailey is an excellent coach and while overseeing the performance of maybe 15 or more other Crossfitters she was able to still critique my form and offer tips that greatly improved my performance...coaches like Bailey will keep me motivated to continue my Crossfit journey...👍

Mike is a great coach. He is great at checking in with everyone to make sure they know what they are doing for the workout. Mike is also an expert at scaling workouts. He really pays attention to everyone and knows what they are capable of while also still challenging them. One of my favorite coaches!

My first class in 5 years. At least 8 members introduced themselves. Coach Venessa was encouraging without being pushy, and checked in often. This box seems to be a solid and welcoming community, with ample space and equipment for all. My only recommendation from someone on the outside, looking for a new home is to maybe have some photos of the box online, along with a quick bio of the coaches. 😊

Mike made sure there was clear understanding of the workout and if there was modifications needed he addressed them early. He kept the tempo up and made sure to move/work the whole room throughout the workout. Really like his attention to detail on the movements and makes sure to check in with each person throughout the workout even if not just couple motivational words!
