Brandon is amazing and very nice. He is really good at correcting forms and suggesting where to distribute weight in order to complete the current exercise. Very patient and good at explaining what to do. Overall, great experience.

Heather was great. I had difficulty with the jump rope portion and she was able to substitute a different but similar exercise that will help me work my way to being able to eventually conquer single and double jump rope. She encouraged me throughout which makes me excited about returning for the next class. All of the instructors are fantastic and everyone in the classes are always providing the incentive I need to dig a little deeper for each exercise.

The work out was good , but challenging, the instruction was on point, exemplifying how to be more efficient as well as how to modify and scale the workout to my fitness level and work from where I'm at.

I really liked how the warmup was progressive and incorporated all of the movements for the WOD. This is exactly what I need to prevent injuries because I don’t ever stretch or warm up my muscles like I should and it never fails I always end up injuring myself. I also really appreciate the pep talks and motivation that Megan gives everyone in her classes.

Dropped in to the 6am class. Got there early and Coach Heather introduced herself. Coach Megan had great energy and made the experience a good one. The gym was very clean, equipment was neat and in good condition. Bathroom and showers were clean as well. Everything you would expect from a good CrossFit gym.

Todd is the best CrossFit coach I have had since starting this sport 4 years ago, in the the few months of coaching I have had with him I got handstands, BMU, and improved a lot of my machine cardio form and am starting to finally get the hang of double unders. 10/10
