This is a great gym to be a part of regardless of age or skill level. You will learn top notch technique and train with great people. Ive trained on and off for almost 15 years now, from TX to MI. I’ve been around the game for a minute and have called CBF my home since moving to the area over a year ago, I’ve had no regrets.
