Nik is dedicated to his client’s progress. He gives immediate and constructive feedback. He breaks down moves for beginners and challenges veterans. I feel Successful in his classes
From a coach’s perspective today’s workout was mostly getting us warmed up and doing a small demo. Josh did a great job of warming us up and he explained the workout well. During the workout he was encouraging.

Today was my first group crossfit class and Kristen was great! She went over everything and pushed me a little too! I loved it! Excited for my next class!
Today was my first class thinking it was a bring a friend Friday. Jake understood the mix up and worked me into the class. Jake ran the class very well and adjusted his coaching technique to each student. I’m impressed how CF Burg is set up providing efficient WOD rotation and efficiency

Amy knows her athletes well and uses that knowledge to provide the best scaling for each workout. She keeps the energy light by making us laugh. Her ability to balance challenge with fun is great. Amy cares about helping each athlete improve while keeping the mood positive.
I really appreciate the thorough warm up and explanation of technique even for movements we’ve done a ton, such a different approach from the gym I was at previously but lifts feel better as a result. I also appreciate the push to find my limits while staying safe :) More broadly, my life has changed so much for the better since joining. Weight is down, muscle mass is up, and energy is WAY up - and I’m having a great time doing it! I’m so glad I joined and look forward to every workout, even the painful ones haha!
Went to bring a friend Friday class, Jake explained each exercise and I felt comfortable during my first session at Burg CrossFit Gym. Had a blast learning new movements and working out with the group.

Coach Jake did a great job showing scaled options and progressions to accomplish a bar muscle up. Emphasizing how important it is to work on our strict pull-up strength before progressing to higher levels of gymnastic skills. If you are looking for a place to get fit, work hard, relieve stress, meet new people, etc. Burg CrossFit Sunbury is the place for you! Good vibes and good people!
Came in and did a drop in class. Coach Nik was very kind and everyone was very welcoming. Coach Nik explained all the movements very well. Great atmosphere and positive vibes. Would definitely come back.
Coach Jake is the best! His warm ups are fun and engaging and always different. He provides fantastic feedback during weightlifting and checks back frequently to look for improvements. His attitude is infectious and he’s one of my favorite coaches!!
Josh was patient with me as it was my first day back in almost two years. He did a great job coaching my technique and the energy in the class was amazing. A great way to start off the week. It was a tough workout and I’m glad I chose to get up early and get a sweat in.

Jake always breaks the workout down to the level the group needs, making sure everyone understands each movement. He watches closely, correcting form when someone struggles. He is great at motivating me to push it to the limit, calling out encouragement. Always a good workout that leaves me drained and looking forward to the next one.
Kristen does awesome at coaching! The way she breaks down the workouts makes it very simple to understand and to follow through with the process of it. She is also always in great spirits when you walk into class. She is very knowledgeable as well when I have questions she is able to answer them and will help the process of that question.

Thank you so much for all the time you took to teach me proper technique and encourage me today! You carefully watched my form during each movement, making sure I was doing the exercises correctly. Your encouragement kept me motivated, especially when the workout felt tough, and I could feel myself improving with every set. It made the whole session feel more personal and focused. That kind of attention really matters because it helped me build confidence and made me want to keep coming back. Burg CrossFit Sunbury is a place where you truly feel supported while pushing yourself.

Today’s burgfit was great very testing workout Nik was engaged and assisted everyone! These workouts are long and pack a lot into an hour class. Nik did a nice job of explaining the work out and getting us warmed up properly

Amy and Jake have given this 47 year old guy a warm welcome to their Cross Fit family. The hands on coaching and the direction I've received was provided with concern for my personal physical condition. It's evident to me they want me to have long term success.
The thorough warm-up had me sweating already, but also ready for all of the work about to be put in!

Jimmy did a great job. This was my 1st group class and boy did I pick a hard one to start on 😂 But that’s okay after the walk through I asked Jimmy to help me trailer a work out to where I was (ultra beginner just starting my fitness journey). He helped me get set up and provided good feedback throughout the workout and motivated me to push on. I may have had the easiest format of the group but I was pushed to my limits and I feel pretty good about taking on the day after this work out Thanks!

BergFit is awesome. The classes push you and the coaches help tailor the movements if you are working through a pulled muscle or other training issue (to get you back to 100%). This is a great experience.
Great place to drop in and would do it again. Coaches and athletes were very approachable and inviting. Great place to get a good workout in. I recommend others to stop by such a close community gym

Couch Brett always does a great job of warming us up for the workout ahead. His cuing for our lifts makes always helps me be successful and he is a great encourager during our metcons. Appreciate the expertise and the energy Brett always brings with him at 5A!
