He killed it per usual! He had a great warm up to make us all loose and ready for the workout especially with the cooler weather. Had great music and was very easy to follow with instructions and thorough on his explanations.
Perren is a consummate professional …always over prepared to deliver the workout ….as a CrossFit trainer she has a knack for energizing us to basically accept a completely ridiculous workout under the new programming scheme …with no lack of confidence in our ability to do it ….…..that’s just money right there….Perren is a Gem to our gym …no Pun intended !!🙂

Robert has like spidy senses but in the form of motivation. I tend to not have much endurance when on the echo bike so once I start to fatigue and he notices, he’s very encouraging and helps me fight through the hurt to keep going. Grateful for his coaching!

Today’s workout made me feel great because Keegan designed my run distance and approach before we started. He was able to compare my previous runs to determine how far i needed to run without stopping to meet our completion goal. And I did it!! He took the time to connect with everyone that showed up. Doing that really shows he cares!! It also proves that he is dedicated to help us improve!!

Matt is high energy and can handle big classes. He helped me with my form and I saw him help others with their technique. Matt is always straightforward but kind. Today he helped me find some scaling options that worked for me. I love that he sings along to the falsetto parts of the workout songs. I would love to see a Matt vs. Caleb dance battle.
Matt was a very positive, and encouraging coach in today’s class. He pushed me to try something new and feel confident about my workout.

Trey did a great job coaching the class. He provided useful cues for people on an individual level for their abilities pertaining to the skill portion and in general for the whole class on strategy and approach for the main workout!
Robert has a great knowledge of workout movements and warm up progressions to help the athletes up skill and improve with their lifting. He’s also very friendly and engages everyone who comes into the gym. Highly recommended.
Robert always provides good instruction including RX and alternatives in addition to a good atmosphere and community.

Love his coaching techniques; he’s always looking out for us, and makes sure our form is perfect to keep us safe and to help us get stronger.💪 He’s always willing to help me out on my personal goals as well. Perren is a great coach. She is friendly and connects with the members. She does a great job explaining the movements. She was my favorite coach until Caleb gave us popsicles, but she is still pretty cool, I guess.
Perrens coaching was amazing. When it comes to a community workout anything can happen. Luckily nothing happened and everyone had fun and a taco. You feed me a taco, you bet you’re gonna get 5 stars.

When you're craving a steak and you travel down to the HEB. You don't settle for flank steak. You reach for the prime grade A rib. Perren is the prime rib of boomfit. Fierce, stern, and the ability to silence a crowd with the eyebrow. Trust me you don't want one of those..Keep it up P you're one of the best.

Coach Kaleb will push you so you can challenge yourself. If the weight seems too light he will suggest a heavier one. He will not let you get away with half reps or a bad form. Thanks to him I leave it all on the floor. Every workout is a new challenge 💪 Thanks coach

It was great. I regret scaling down on my KB to 30 LB. Parren is a great coach. Her instructions always clear. She also offers an alternative WOD for us but I'm glad I did the original WOD.

Love these kind of workouts. Constantly moving - Trey made sure that everyone knows how to do the proper movements for each exercise and gave modifications for all that needed them. He was classmate, watching athletes and correcting their footwork and their handwork for front squats. It’s great to see a coach actively involved with the clients. Good warm-up and good stretching afterwards.

She has grown a lot as a coach since she came here. Even after her surgery she did everything possible to watch over everyone, demonstrate exercises, and keep the gym up-beat in the heat. She also adapts to different people's personalities well while working with various people in the gym and makes everyone feel welcome like a friend.
Mya goes above and beyond to make sure clients are comfortable and safely lifting in class. She has on numerous occasions spent extra time on technique for the class when needed. I appreciate her attention to detail, she is a rockstar!
