Emily did a great job welcoming me into my first class at Bodymass Gym. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and confident, explaining the workout clearly and answering all my questions. I took my first class with Matt today and at the end of it I said “where do I sign up?!” Matt put together a challenging workout, was really engaged, and gave both correction and encouragement when I needed it. You get the perks of a personal trainer, without the hefty price tag, and in a welcoming small group environment. I can’t wait for my next class!
I’ve been coming to Matt’s classes for a few months now, and greatly appreciate his attentiveness as a coach. I’ve greatly improved my form and my overall strength, in a large part due to Matt’s coaching. He’s created a very welcoming community which makes the coming to class really fun!

Brendan is a great trainer. He ensures everyone in the class feels like they’re supported through the duration of the class, whether it’s pushing them to lift heavier weights or demonstrating how to perform the different exercises. You can always count on him to check in with you, and make sure you feel comfortable.
Boris was great! He really wants you to get better at the technique and will give you great advice and tips to improve! I’m really glad my first class was with him

Emily is an experienced and wonderful trainer. She does an excellent job explaining and demonstrating each movement and is able to support everyone at their level - from beginner to veteran. I always feel supported and encouraged after a workout with Emily.
I had a great experience! I really, really appreciated the extra time Brendan took to show me beginner-friendly versions of each of our sets, and because of that was able to finish each of them despite being new. I will definitely be back.
Matt is one of the best trainers I have taken classes with. He is very knowledgeable and helped me get back to strength training and stick with it. In each class, he consistently takes care to make sure you’re doing the exercises correctly and suggest small adjustments to your form that make a huge difference.

Brendan absolutely goes above and beyond each and every class. He takes the time to help set up and take down the equipment, he’s great with form checks, and he’s really encouraging and understanding. I love taking classes with him and Bodymass is so lucky to have him as an employee!

Matt is one of my go-to coaches. He has a depth of knowledge and pushes members to work their hardest! I am certainly stronger for it.
I've taken classes with several instructors now, and she was by far the most thorough and attentive of all. She made sure to correct people very consciously and had an eye on everyone in class. Was also helpful in adjusting exercises for my stage in pregnancy.
This was my first class at Body Mass. Mike was a great coach! He answered all my questions, checked in with how I was doing - and overall made me feel comfortable trying the workouts. Body Mass is the strength training gym I have been looking for!

My experience with coach Brendan has been great! He helped me get the form right and he takes the time to explain the why behind each exercise. He is great at breaking down exercises and making sure you understand why you are doing them. I am learning new things each session!

This was my first time at Bodymass Gym and I really enjoyed my experience. I had never used the weight rack before. Matt walked me and a friend through step by step how to use the equipment. He also checked in regularly to make sure that we felt like we were lifting the right amount of weight. All in all, I really enjoyed the full body workout and feel more empowered to not shy away from the weight rack in the future.

A perfect full body workout with some direction but no pressure. Felt like a small group of friends working out together.
Melissa was extremely professional and knowledgeable of all the exercises we did. She gave each individual one on one attention and recommended specific form to help enhance the movement. She led the class at a good pace and was extremely coherent with each of the exercises. My lats have never been so sore!
Had the 7:30 class this morning. Tara was an amazing trainer and very knowledgeable! Great way to wake up!
Matt has helped me learn the fundamentals of weight lifting and he has motivated me to follow a regular schedule of 4x per week. I am coming up on a year of doing this and my body feels great. Thanks for all your support and guidance!
