Class was great as usual. My shoulder is bothering me, and Chuck always makes amazing recommendations to help me get the best out of my workout, while identifying which movements are causing pain, modify those specific movements and focus on controlled, pain-free ranges of motion. So refreshing to workout at a gym that really knows the anatomy of the human body, and is educated on making us our best, thank you to all the coaches!!!💜🐻💜

Joe runs an excellent gym! The workout each day is different and unique, designed to not only challenge you but also develop you physically in ways that most people don’t think about. Chuck is the coaching master! He takes time before class starts to explain the workout and to demo the lifts. He is always looking out for you and is available for any questions. This is my first experience with group lifting classes and I never feel silly asking questions and always feel supported.

Dawson is the best! My son has been training with him now for 3 years. He motivates him to be a better athlete. He pushes him to work hard and is always doing different things during their training. He keeps it fun and it motivates him to keep wanting to come back.

If you’re in Frankfort, Big Bear Barbell Club is a must-visit! Zach was an awesome instructor and planned a full body workout. The atmosphere was upbeat, great music mash-ups, and you can tell it’s a community that values hard work and good vibes. I got a great workout in and felt like part of the crew from the moment I walked in. I’ll definitely be back anytime I’m in town.

Overall the classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday have been much more beneficial for me over the past few months. I feel like people would benefit from parascapular stabilization exercises on Monday/friday either during the warmup or as part of the program.
