Whew! Pretty intimidating for me to jump into this at 54 years old and never having done anything like this before. Aaron did a great job getting me set for a first group class today. Michelle was super encouraging and definitely gave me attention to making sure I was doing things correctly. I felt like I probably got the beginner attention needed yet she was definitely paying attention to the other class attendees. Great first class and I’m sore now 🤣 -Josh

Small, local gym with everything you need for a great workout on vacation. The members were all friendly and I could tell they have a great rapport. I would definitely recommend dropping in and giving it a try!

Zak did a great job with coaching and keeping everyone motivated during the workouts. He was welcoming to us as we were drop ins. The gym has a nice, tight knit family vibe which made the workouts bearable and enjoyable. Can’t wait to drop in next time.

Zak is not only an incredible gym owner but a leader, mentor, and athlete. I have been in many CrossFit Affiliates over the past 11 years and I can truly say I don't think there is anyone like him. His passion for his members, his drive to make everyone's day better than his own, and his support he gives to his members is inspiring to watch. I am grateful to learn from him! He runs an excellent affiliate and again is an incredible coach!

I really love this gym. Zak is always fun and handsome. He’s my favorite part about the gym. He’s done a really great job of making everyone feel welcome and like a community. All the coaches make the workouts enjoyable as possible. Dale is really good at teaching me how to be more efficient with movements. He helped an athlete past the timer the other day to encourage Spencer to finish the workout. It was awesome Carolyn and Georgina are great at encouragement and telling us we’re doing great when we’re dying. Alex and Tarah, I haven’t been coached much by them but they’re great too! 1 thing though. I’m not that into the kids being there. I love this gym though Zak!
