I think the cues both verbal and visual were super good. Especially on a fairly “lower skill” day with push press and benchpress the cues that help reinforce the fundamentals were great. Great time and class management too.
Zak is phenomenal. Always kind, always optimistic. Helpful regardless of level of expertise. I’m relatively fit but it’s my first time doing Cross Fit so many of the movements are awkward. Zak is great at modifying for me to ensure safety while also pushing me to get an amazing workout. Focused on mobility first. Love it!

Zak and everyone in the class was totally welcoming and supportive. I felt challenged by the work out but also totally comfortable to adjust as needed with any given movement. Great work out great vibes!

Very detail and makes sure you are doing proper form and get into proper form if you are not. Also, very solution oriented with other exercises to fit your needs and pushes with style.
Michelle is a confident, technically good and motivating instructor. I’ve made some positive adjustments to lifting form. The gym has been welcoming community to both maintain and elevate my physique.

Great workout.. loved that the warmup was structured and we were moving the entire time. Zak and his wife were incredibly welcoming and positive. Great place and good people. Solid instruction as well. Very safe.
Carolyn was a great coach. She is professional, welcoming, and meets you where you are at in your fitness journey. She focuses on form and builds from there. Note to self: don’t go on a run before a group class. save your energy.

This review is for Antonio Letizia as his name was not in the drop down list so I chose Zack’s name instead. Antonio was very friendly, very supportive and very helpful. This sounds like cliche review but it’s certainly not, it’s truthful. Antonio was as described above but would also correct me and show me what I was doing wrong. I’m extremely green when it comes to CrossFit training and he helped me through and great workout. Thank you Antonio.
I had a great time. The workouts was a little silly and my rib cage was hurting but Alex made sure that I took it easy and hw was very pleasant to be around.
Zak was great!! He makes everyone at the class feel welcome. I will definitely be back. I also thought it was great that he did the workout with us

Zak was really fun today, per usual. He sang off-key, we got to know each other a little better. We shared stories of when we were younger. I just love him. As far as coaching goes 🤷 I don’t know. He didn’t coach me.
Zak’s coaching style is so energetic, it’s contagious. It’s impossible not to work hard when he’s around.
Dale was exceptional! He listened and asked questions. He watched our lifts and made sure our form was moving in the right direction. We were welcomed at a beginner level but knew we’d grow and become a lot stronger if we continued to show up. My friend and I will be back! And we hope Dale is our coach because he’s attentive and upbeat!
I did a drop in at this place which is super easy to schedule on their website. Zak and his wife were awesome and the rest of the class was super welcoming and engaging in getting to know me. The facility gives off a nostalgic OG CrossFit vibe. No fancy gimmicks or “gucci” equipment. Just pure friendly community, and good programming. Kind of wish I had a place like this back home. Thanks for having me and hoping to come back next time I’m in town!
Coach Aaron does an excellent job of explaining the workouts and demonstrating the movements and their modifications for all level athletes. I recently attended his class and learned something new to work on.

He tokes the time to correct my form, encourages everyone, and keeps the workout engaging. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend his classes for anyone looking to push themselves in a supportive environment!
Aaron did a fantastic job of leading the class of athletes at all skill levels. I've been a CrossFit athlete for over 13 years, and Iq can say that Aaron knows his stuff! His attention to technique and a safe and effective workout for each participant stands out!

I can’t say enough about this gym!!!! As a former Crossfit box owner, I know what I like and I know what I don’t care for. I am now a part of the BCF community and I couldn’t be more stoked. Their workouts are intense, but scalable to meet everybody’s needs and the coaches are fantastic!!! I personally love all the weight training going on here as I am 55 and want to stay strong forever.
Coach Carolyn is an amazing instructor! She takes the time to break down each fundamental movement, including warm-ups and cool-downs. She takes the time to talk with everyone and does small one-on-one sessions with each person. 💕 Thank you so much for pushing me every day and helping me improve!

Small, local gym with everything you need for a great workout on vacation. The members were all friendly and I could tell they have a great rapport. I would definitely recommend dropping in and giving it a try!

Zak did a great job with coaching and keeping everyone motivated during the workouts. He was welcoming to us as we were drop ins. The gym has a nice, tight knit family vibe which made the workouts bearable and enjoyable. Can’t wait to drop in next time.

Zak is not only an incredible gym owner but a leader, mentor, and athlete. I have been in many CrossFit Affiliates over the past 11 years and I can truly say I don't think there is anyone like him. His passion for his members, his drive to make everyone's day better than his own, and his support he gives to his members is inspiring to watch. I am grateful to learn from him! He runs an excellent affiliate and again is an incredible coach!
