From day one, Alysha has always made me feel comfortable and motivated to continue strength training. I appreciate the variety in exercises, and the supportive environment encourages me to push harder! In spite of my individual health issues/age, I've been able to significantly improve my fitness level with her patience and encouragement! She truly cares about her clients and makes the necessary adjustments to tailor one's individual workouts to their needs. She's simply an EXCELLENT trainer. Great place. Very knowledgeable to work with knee injuries. Since having a knee injury myself it’s great to be back working out again with someone who really has the knowledge and passion that Alysha has.. I feel confident and secure about my own injury to push hard in my training again to perform to the best of my ability.

Savannah was so sweet and patient with my daughter and I. We enjoyed how she took the time to show us each movement and then kept correcting when we were wrong or praising when we were right. This was only our second session and we are already hooked! 😊💪🏻

Savannah is a great coach. She is light-hearted, fun to be around, and we all have a good time while still being challenged by the workout. She is great at breaking down more complex exercises to something understandable or coming up with alternate movements, if needed. Highly recommend.
