He cleaned up a mess someone made in the workout area quickly and efficiently, which helped keep the space safe and organized. Amazing as always! Lillee looks forward to be with Coach Vinny on Mondays and Thursdays. She always has a smile on her face when I pick her up and tell me about her workouts. Her favorite things to do is the space boots and treadmill. I've noticed a difference in her overall strength and it's been playing a huge role in her racing. Thanks to Coach for another Win this weekend! Her hard work in the gym is showing on the bike.
Vinny was great! Very thorough consultation. He asked about fitness goals and limitations among other things. Highly recommend.

Everything was great, I felt like i was challenged with the work but i felt comfortable and i was able to do it all nicely. It was a very fun n calm setting as well so i found today to just be great all around.
