Very well rounded workout. Different than what I usually do but nice change of pace. Loved the sled work. Difficult exercises that work exactly what I need is perfect for me.

Wyatt enjoys his workouts at APL. He appreciates the one on one training, explanations and demonstrations of exercises, patience of coaches, and overall the encouragement he receives. Wyatt will talk to me about the exercises after training and let's me know how it went. He looks at working out at the gym as fun and likes the challenge. Wyatt and I have noticed he had gotten stronger. He can lift heavier items like gatorade cases when we unload groceries. Lol and says he has muscles. Training at APL has given Wyatt confidence, strength, and motivation to do his best at sports.
