Rachel’s class today at AIM Athletic was great. She focused on proper form throughout the entire session, constantly watching each person’s movements and offering clear corrections to make sure we were doing the exercises safely and effectively. Despite the tough workout, she pushed everyone to the max, tailoring the intensity to match each person’s various abilities. The energy in the room was intense but motivating, and I left feeling like I had worked hard but also learned a lot about how to improve my technique. It’s the kind of challenge that leaves you proud and ready for the next session.
I had my first class with Jake today. The class was great. I loved his way of coaching and how he paid attention to each person in the class and made sure the way of doing the exercise was right. It was a great work out and I will go again

The environment is exceptionally clean and positive, featuring top-of-the-line equipment and a well-organized setup. Jake’s leadership and coaching style is impressive — clear, encouraging, and perfectly balanced to challenge every fitness level. The members were warm and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. I left feeling energized and inspired, and I’m excited to try more of the classes. Rachel was excellent Friday and today. She made sure that I was in the proper position for all my workouts. Nice clients. Super friendly too. Rachel corrected my weights and I really enjoyed my workout.

Great 6.15am class with Rachel this morning! She bring a lot of good energy and tempo for an early morning workout, I was tired and rejuvenated both by the end of it. I appreciate her attention to our form as well as giving me the push when that energy/focus dips!

The things I’ve learned from Jake 1~ you have to start and finish with cardio and do weights in between. 2~ I can sometimes do more weights than I think I can (I’m not strong yet) 2~I can go to the gym even though I haven’t worked out in years and have several issues: low back, shoulder and knee. He can give me exercise's that work the same muscle but in a way that doesn’t hurt ( this is my fav) HE’s also always checking in on me. This was exactly what I want in a gym and trainer.
Chad was great. Took time to explain each exercise. Checked in often and kept everyone motivated. Will be back for sure. Great first impressions. Thank you.

I have been attending early morning sessions with Chad and it has been such a great experience. He is very knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. I notice progress each week in strength and endurance. The classes are challenging, but are also customizable to where you are at in your fitness journey. I've been to many fitness classes over the years and this one is my favorite.
I've been going to AIM for over 2 years now. It's the only gym program that I have been consistent with. Why? It's the people who make up my gym family! Chad usually runs the small group sessions that I go to and he's wonderful! He's encouraging, supportive and super chill. I feel confident challenging myself knowing that Chad is there to provide the bit of extra support that I need. He also helps me adapt my exercises when needed. Best yet, he lets me do box jumps as an alternative to squats (yessss!!!) I can't say enough good things about being a member at AIM. I'm getting stronger, staying healthy and having fun all at the same time!
I had my first group session today with Jake. I was welcomed as soon as I walked through the doors, not only by Jake but by everyone there. I enjoyed the intensity and felt comfortable and safe knowing I was getting proper instructions for each workout. I look forward to many more sessions with Jake.
I loved taking Rachel’s class, she is a great motivator and I swear she has eyes on the back of her head because she always seems to know when someone in class needs a hand and will be there in an instant. I really appreciate how she offers adaptions or changes up an exercise that isn’t working for you. I cannot recommend Rachel enough!

Chad was my first introduction to AIM Firstly, very impressed with the layout , cleanliness and equipment selection. The thought process on the 3 day cycle makes so much sense and is only possible due to the 8 Person limits on these classes . Other 45 minute franchise gyms cram as much people into each class making it difficult to have an effective safe workout . Chad was a friendly 1st impression and walked me through the stretches before the class started and was attentive to all members during the class . Well done !!!

I always have a great class with Chad! He makes sure I am doing the exercises with correct form and encourages me to push myself in a balanced way. I especially appreciate his importance to safety - anytime some one is a doing a heavy set he is there to spot them!

Had my first actual work out in almost 12 years and was quite weary to try a class. However, I am so glad I did. My daughter introduced me to AIM as she raved about it. Rachel who was coaching our class went above and beyond to ensure I was doing each exercise correctly and modifying where needed. I will definitely be coming back.
Great experience with coach Rachel today! Coming back after vacation I was struggling with energy but Rachel motivated me to really push and get through. I came out of the workout feeling much better than I did going in thanks to Rachel’s encouragement and energy!
Rachel has been an excellent coach with high energy to the class and knowledge to improve on movements she is always pushing you to improve your form and add extra level of difficulty so that your always progressing! I have been going to aim for 3 years and highly recommend this gym to anyone wanting to make a difference in themselves
I have been working with Jake 2-3 days a week as part of my active rehab. I feel stronger than I ever have working with other trainers and my mobility has improved immensely. I hope to continue working with Jake as part of my daily strength training routine going forward. He very knowledgeable and a great coach that will modify or adapt as needed to make sure you are working the right muscles to achieve your goals. I am very happy with the results so far and can’t wait to continually improve.

I worked with Travis today. He was great to work with. He explained the movements to me in a clear and understandable way and demonstrated them as well. He checked in with me many times to make sure I was doing ok. It was a good workout and I feel great afterwards, especially since I am just getting back into a fitness routine after a long absence. Thank you Travis. It was fun too. 😊

The small group training class with Jake was amazing! Every session is intense, dynamic, challenging, and fun, with something new to learn every time! Jake is an incredibly supportive and motivating coach, with extensive knowledge, and he adapts to your individual fitness level to ensure you get the most out of each workout!
Yesterday I did a class with Travis who made me felt comfortable, challenged and supportive. He took the time to assess my health status and quickly adapted the routine, targeting key muscles. AIM and Travis are highly recommended.

My experience with Chad this morning was exceptional. He was very patient and clear with how to do the exercises. Even when it was grueling, he didn't over push, but motivated us to get the job done. I would highly recommend any beginner that doesnt know what to do to just give it a go.

Chad was really good. He wouldn’t let me stop the exercise until exhaustion and was quick to spot me so I could grind out a few more reps. Overall it was a really good class.

Logan had been working out with Jake since the Spring and I can say without a doubt it has improved Logan’s hockey/skating tremendously. His speed and endurance shows on the ice! Thank you Jake. We look forward to keeping you as an integral part of Logan’s growth.
