Another great workout tonight along side a gym full of friends! Coach Amanda was her usual friendly and encouraging self! I’ve never not enjoyed my hour at Panthera! Love It! Love her! Love being a part of such a great community!
Coach Amanda is a fantastic coach. She consistently takes the time during each class to observe every member closely, making sure that everyone is performing the exercises with proper form and technique. I’ve noticed her patiently correcting posture, suggesting slight adjustments to movements, and offering modifications that help me push my limits safely. I really enjoy being a member of a2o Fit: Home of CrossFit Panthera and look forward to each class. The coaches here bring a great balance of encouragement and challenge, and the energy in the gym is motivating without being overwhelming. The other members are welcoming and supportive, which creates a positive atmosphere that makes it easy to stay committed and enjoy the process.

Liz always gives great feedback that can be implemented during the workout. Today I needed to work on bringing my shoulders down first for pull to stands. I was focused on getting through the workout and not so much on form, so I appreciated the feedback.
I loved Justin, he was very engaged making sure everyone was safe and working properly as well as cheering us on.

I've been training with Justin and all the other coaches for a few months now, and I can confidently say they’ve completely changed the way I approach fitness. Their knowledge, energy, and attention to detail are next-level. Whether you're a beginner or experienced athlete, Justin knows how to push you safely and effectively. Every session is challenging but fun, and the progress I've seen in both strength and endurance has been incredible. They’re also great at building a supportive and inclusive environment—everyone feels welcome. Highly recommend!
Kyle has an amazing ability to make a class fun while also demonstrating standards and incorporating appropriate scaling. He breaks down every movement thoroughly and makes his way around the class to ensure everyone feels included and welcome. Kyle's personality and sense of humor always makes everyone feel welcome, even if it's their first day in class.
Coach justin welcomed me as soon as I walked through the doors, gave me tour. I was able to drop in to open gym, however in the corner of my eye he ran a very good class! Definitely one of the best CrossFit gyms in Maryland..
Today was my first day back after a couple of months. I really enjoyed Amanda‘s coaching, I was able to work back into the routine without pushing myself too much. I’ve miss being at the gym and can’t wait to get back into the routine of being there more.

Aaron gave a great explanation of the workout, and he offered helpful tips on form and pacing. When he saw that I could do more, he challenged me to push harder to get the most out of the workout. I felt great at the end and would love to come back.
Amanda is deliberate and clear in her direction. No time to mess around and class flew by. A little smile here and there lets you know she’s got her eyes on you.

Liz is a very throughout coach who is always trying to make you better. She is knowledgeable and caring and fun. She was a mainstay for my year long recovery of forearm surgery and I'm so glad that I am almost back to normal. Don't know if I could have done it with out her help and encouragement

Amanda hosted an amazing 6th birthday party for my daughter and over 15 of her friends! The facility was clean, the kids were entertained and Amanda and her team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was safe and had a great time!
I liked skiing more than running and best coach
She did fantastic. Understood I’m just rolling into this. So gave me encouragement while trying not to laugh at my jump rope skills or lack thereof.

Such a well run gym with great coaches! Plenty of equipment and different work outs to break up every day monotony same routine same workout! Plenty of people there to push themselves to be better which in return creates an environment for hard work and motivation

My best friend probably already told her lol it’s been over 3.5 years since I worked out in a gym and I just had back to back babies, so I was worried about how I would perform but I just did what I could :)

Superior facilities relative to other CrossFits in the immediate area. WOD followed a traditional CrossFit flow. Brian was a great coach with helpful insights. The 5am class has legit athletes and was a fun environment.
Liz is one of my all time favorite coaches. Takes pride in her role. She always strives to make each class her best. Extremely compassionate and takes the time to make each workout challenging, yet appropriate to your needs and limitations.

What a great class! I have dropped in to many gyms and few have been able to provide coaching, encouragement, and a sense of belonging like this one. The instructor was great and I am looking forward to visiting again.
This was my first class with Coach Jessica and I thought she did an outstanding job! She provided clear and concise direction with timely cues and constructive comments regarding athletes form. I loved her positivity and encouragement of the athletes.
Love to come to class when Liz is coaching! She is a pro at showing us proper form, corrects as needed, makes it fun, and blasts great jams to match the energy of the workout! If you need an extra push, tell her! Want to learn a new movement on your terms, she is intuitive to read you.

Everything was great. I haven’t worked out with weights in years. Use to do body pump at my former gym. I was surprised I completed within the time limit

Amanda is a great coach! I’m such a newbie and haven’t been in an athletic program for many years. It felt good to feel encouragement! The variety in today’s workout felt good, and CrossFit seems to be the first program that I’ve wanted to stay in, as the results come quick!
I had my fist class with Kyle and it was great. Kyle pays attention to each person providing guidance on good form. Kyle was also attentive to needs for scaling. I would highly recommend Kyle as trainer. His class is fun and was perfect for my needs!
Seriously love this gym and Coach Liz’s classes. The community at this gym is amazing. I was out sick last week and many people from the gym checked up on me. Coach Liz knew today that I was coming back after having Covid for a week. She was sure to check on how I was feeling and persuade me to take it easy and scale. Heart rate post Covid workouts are no joke. Also the playlist was fire

Today was my first day back in months due a procedure and work. I was a bit nervous/anxious starting back. Kayla was so welcoming with her cheerful greeting as I walked through the door. It made me feel great and excited to be back. Kayla was helpful with modifications and provided positive feedback. I am so happy to be back and with a great group of people. 😎🏋️♀️❤️
I love taking Kayla’s class. She is extensively knowledgeable about fitness, and she easily modifies workouts to meet everyone where they are at, while also challenging us to get better. She has a sharp eye and can give helpful feedback to experienced athletes. Her coaching style helps everyone to feel comfortable and like we are hanging out with old friends. Also, her playlists are my favorite!

Today was my first class and Jen was amazing. She eased my fears of being the new kid in class 😊.
Amanda is AMAZING! I’m new and this was my first real class (post-foundations) so I am a little slower than others with the vocab. She pushed me and challenged me on the things I was good at, and gave awesome insight on the things that need development. The most important thing about constructive feedback for me is not being defeated from criticism, but that didn’t happen!! She doesn’t make you feel dumb or like a failure - she makes you feel empowered and that the hard things are in grasp to accomplish. Thank you, Amanda!!
Justin is the best coach. He’s very watchful, making sure you are doing the movements right so you don’t get hurt. He’s got good energy.

Decided to drop in a yoga session to work on my flexibility for hurdles. Coach Andrea 10/10 high recommend. I didn’t know more than half of the poses. She did a great job of explaining and demonstrating while still keeping the flow of class moving.
We attended for a birthday party and Amanda was AWESOME! The kids were a little wild but she remained calm and handled all situations great! Great option for a kids party.
Excellent as always! It's the personal attention for me!!! Due to my need to modify some workouts, the change is instantaneous. I rarely miss a moment, unless it's on me.
