I did enjoy the class even though it was not easy. The workout included a mix of strength and cardio exercises that really challenged me, like squats with weights and timed sprints, which kept my heart rate up the whole time. Everyone in the class was very friendly, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere that made the hard work feel worth it. Coach Ethan did come around many times during the session to make sure I was doing the workout correctly. He carefully observed my form, gently corrected my posture, and guided me through each movement with clear instructions. His support helped me feel confident and safe while pushing myself. I do feel like I am very welcome in this place, which makes coming here to 10.40.10 Fitness - Deer Park something I look forward to.
This is for coach Jack! First off, Jack is not only a great coach, but someone who cares about your fitness journey. He knows who and how to push people to help them see results or just get rid of some stress. Very, very, verrry big on using proper form, so you don't hurt yourself. Jack also has a great playlist for when we workout! I would give him a 10/10!!! Thanks for a GREAT WORKOUT!!!
Excellent class. The atmosphere was great - energizing but focused, which really helped me stay motivated throughout. Sammy gave clear instructions on each movement and closely supervised.

Coach K is a great kid keeping this old timers in step. She demonstrates each workout movement and she has a sharp eye out on members who struggle with movement. She suggests alternative movement for others and me in the past. Keeps everyone motivated by walking around the room cheering everyone on. The few words of encouragement always works because when I'm running low on energy on the rower, the few words gets me through the workout where I didn't realize I was slowing down. Maybe she caught me sleeping, LOL. Every class I've had with her, I'm exhausted at the end, sweaty and happy I pushed my limits. I use to train at Anytime Fitness for 3-4 hours every other day for obstacle course races for 10 years. I'm getting a more solid workout here than I ever did anywhere else.

Ethan and the 10-40-10 crew design hard but reasonable workout programs. They also tailor it towards the members to push themselves as well and challenge their comfort zone. I know the weather has cooled down but I still leave with a shirt that that is full of sweat and knowing I improved my strength and stamina. And last but not least, we always finish on time!

As with every class I have taken at 10.40.10, the instructors have always been super helpful and encouraging. Today was no difference with Ethan. He adjusted my form to help me engage my muscles better and was encouraging.

Class with Alex is always great! She’s a lot of fun and very upbeat for 5 in the morning. She’s just the right mix of supportive, challenging, and funny! And she really emphasizes flexibility which I really need and appreciate.

I love this early candlelit class. The instructor Linda is the perfect combination of excellent instructions, fun, motivation and softness in the quieter sections. The sequence of poses was challenging and yet achievable. Beautiful Savasana at the end with a kind cooling treat at the end. Come join class to find out what it was.

I appreciate Ethan because he always greets every single person in class- if he doesn’t catch them on the way in, he will check in individually during warm up. It’s a small thing but says a lot about how appreciative he is that every single person is there, regardless of who they are, how long they’ve been a member, etc. He will also ALWAYS correct form one on one, and will give more general reminders and tips between sets. Thanks for being awesome, Ethan!

Not only did I leave feeling accomplished and energized, but I also had a blast! Jack has a unique ability to motivate and inspire. If you’re looking for a challenging yet enjoyable workout, I highly recommend joining one of Jack’s sessions.
Alex is one of my favorite coaches. Alex has this amazing ability to encourage you to empty the tank when your tank emptied a long time ago. Her encouragement really elevates your workout to another level, and her compliments make you feel invincible. She is constantly watching to make sure that your form is perfect and that you’re not about to hurt yourself. If you haven’t taken a class with her, just go do it and have an amazing experience.

I did a drop in today for a partner workout and I loved it!! Collin is a phenomenal coach helps and corrects forms and is very passionate about job! He is also very carrying and helped me wrap my hand from a previous tear. Drop in and you will get hooked!

Coach Collin did great! Recently I’ve been struggling on my Romanian deadlift form but Coach Collin made sure to always check to make sure I was doing it correctly and helped me fix my form to prevent any lower back pain.
I honestly love this gym and all of the coach’s so much. They each bring a completely different vibe & energy. I love that I get to rotate between Christie, Tiff, Collin & Ethan (and Daniel when he graces us with his presence 🤣). They each gently push in their own way and I’m beyond thankful for them. Shout out to the 9:30 crew who I simply adore and for Bailey Ray who juggles the behind the scenes work for both locations.

Today I was not feeling it but when I saw Alex as coach I knew he was gonna push me out of my comfort zone. He was walking around giving people fist bumps and cheering everyone around. He also played awesome music which made the workout better. I needed the workout today but Alex made it so much more enjoyable
Tiffany is the best instructor for those who have specific issues or limitations. She’s so knowledgeable in multiple levels of variation to address any issues raised. I had major surgery 2 months ago and she has helped talk me through how to overcome weaknesses in my recovering body and what to focus on to build my strength back up. She also really pays attention to form, and helps correct in a very encouraging and motivating way. I LOVE taking class with Tiffany!

Today’s workout was great. Christie always selects groups of exercises that are complimentary to one another and contributes to the overall flow of the class as well as my workout. Her pace is proactive and challenging as she monitors our overall activity, offering adjustments to my exercise movements when necessary which I really appreciate. Christie was awesome! It was very easy to understand her instructions. So far, this gym gives you one of the best workouts that leaves you feeling sore. When you walk in, everyone is very welcoming to you as well as the clients. You can tell the coaches are determined to make you a better person physically and mentally.
Ethan’s fantastic. He doesn’t hesitate to give members feedback, corrections, and guidance. He also gives very detailed demonstrations, and shows leadership in and out of class.

Coach Daniel was as outstanding coaching todays 530 sesh as he always is. Daniel brings quality coaching aspects to every session of his that I’ve attended . Daniel is very good at demonstrating movements, encouraging participants, inspiring members to go harder and more. I believe that Daniel is an extremely important cog in the 104010 machine.
