It was a great class. I recommend karen and the gym to anybody who listens. She is knowledgeable and adjusts the workouts towards your level and health needs. I am so glad I found her and the gym. She’s made a huge difference in my life.

Amazing, you do such an amazing job explaining proper form, and that’s a big thing for me, I always want to do the exercises correctly. It protects me from injury and I get the most out of the exercises. You always have a different variety of exercises as well. It’s great that you mix it up. Thank you

Really enjoyed this class! It had a great combination of movements and the workout was super effective. It focused a lot on the lower body, which I appreciated — my legs definitely felt the burn (in a good way!). The instructor kept the energy up and the pacing was just right. I’ll definitely be back!

KAREN IS VERY PATIENT WITH ME, AND APPRECIATE THAT! SHE ALWAAYS GIVES A THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF WHY WE ARE DOING WHAT WE ARE DOING. IF I AM HAVNG DIFFICULTY WITH A CERTAIN MOVE, SHE WILL OFFER SNNOTHER WAY OF DOING THE MOVE. VERY PLEASED OVERALL.

I feel so fortunate to have Xtreme Fitness close to home. I appreciate that every workout is different and always challenging. Jill and Gerardo are fantastic to work with. They ensure that members are safe and are very good at coaching to members level of ability. The staff and members are very encouraging which provides a very positive and motivating environment. They are continually working to improve the gym and services that they provide. Highly recommend!

Jill always offers a variety of exercise activities/routines every day. Each day we begin our session with a set of warm up core exercises, followed by a specific set of exercises designed to strengthen a specific set of muscles and/or the entire body. From Tuesday's Legs Day, to Wednesday's Total Body, to Thursday's Arms/Shoulders' Day, alobg with every day cardio exercises, Jill offers sessions that get at toning, strengthening and building total body endurance. As a 70 year old man, U've never been so fit in my entire life... owing it all to Jill and Gerardo and the exercise offerings at Xtreme Fitness. And I didn't even mention the various boot camps (deadlifting, basic barbell, abs) I've also attended. Jill trult offers a complete menu of exercise options, that are always adapted to a person's fitness level. I could go "on and on" about the health and fitness level improvements I've gained under Jill's coaching and guidance, suffice it to say, she's TRULY changed my life!
