While I was lifting weights, she came over to check in on me personally, asking if I was able to keep up with that pace and making sure I wasn’t pushing too hard or holding back. That kind of hands-on attention made me feel supported without any pressure. You are always motivating and when you notice we are not doing the exercise correctly you come over and show us. Also demonstrating the exercise when needed is very helpful. You make me feel comfortable when I am not exactly doing the exercise correctly, never judging. I enjoy the interaction you do with everyone!

After a long trip, the workout today at Trubliss Fitness helped me to feel more comfortable in my body and get back to my usual routine. The session included a mix of stretching and light strength exercises that eased the stiffness I was carrying from travel. The coach guided me through movements that gently reactivated my muscles without overwhelming me, checking in frequently to adjust the pace and intensity based on how I was feeling. It was exactly what I needed to reconnect with my normal rhythm and leave the gym feeling more grounded and energized.
I really enjoyed today’s class! Coach Diane is very attentive and makes sure everyone is doing the exercises correctly. Her energy is amazing—she keeps the class fun, engaging, and motivating from start to finish. I always leave feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend her classes!

Annette did a great job guiding me to continue my workout after hurting my left elbow area today. She adjusted the weight for my left arm & it made a difference. I was able to continue with the class without pain. I am appreciative for her support & excellent coaching. She also gave me tips on how to care for my left arm at home.

Diana is a very positive and encouraging instructor. She has a unique routine for every class thats sinked with kick a$$ music and watches over the group working out making sure our form is correct. I love my morning workouts and with consistency have seen a huge change in my body, mind and spirit. I feel like I can keep up with everyday challenges, work and kids schedules all because of Diana's encouraging gym atmosphere and killer workouts!

Mia is great! Really like how she asks us about our goals and what we would like to work on during each session.
It was my first Pilates class ever, I liked how Mia explained how each move benefited different parts of the body, she would tell us to imagine various situations which helped me move my body the correct way, and she added bits of interesting information about the history of Pilates, how it developed, and that made the time fly by ! The movements were challenging but I never felt pressured or intimidated, Mia was patient and very nice. Overall, I enjoyed the class and I want to return.

Aaliyah is a great coach! She’s super funny and always helping me get the best form possible to make sure I’m getting the most out of my workouts but more importantly so I’m not accidentally hurting myself! She has super bright energy and makes me day better whenever I come in!
Coach Diana is always amazing! Even with it being a tough Monday morning after a time change I always know once I get to class coach Diana will help me gain the motivation to get through! I couldn’t ask for more supportive coach’s, a better group of woman to workout with, or a better gym to go to other than Truebliss Fitness.

Love Trubliss and Coach Diana! Challenging workouts and a great atmosphere. Love the proper warm up and cools downs as well. I especially love the tougher days with less rest in between sets.
I had a great workout tonight my first class was wonderful all the ladies were great this has been what I have been missing.
Diana greeted everyone at the door with a smile and positive words. I appreciate how we always start right on time. It was a challenging workout, but her encouragement kept me going. I like the pace of the class and I never get bored. I like the visual video screens that show me the current movement we are working on. Diana positive attitude and her ability to connect with each person is valuable.
