Coach Mitch did a really good job today in class. 23 people were in class and everything was really well organized and very clear instructions for a wod with lots of movements. It was impressive coaching and time management.

Coach Becca is a great coach! It is evident she is knowledgable about the movements and passionate about teaching. Today she provided new tips that were very helpful to improve my deadlifts.

Mo is upbeat and positive. She brings a a great level of energy to the class. Additionally Mo is great at giving feedback for improvement - even on a rowing exercise she noticed that my recovery form was hindering my power and gave feedback in between rounds.

Mike ran us through a very well-thought warmup prior to push pressing that was effective and specific to the workout. His instructions throughout are clear yet concise and he offers helpful feedback that makes a difference.

Attended the 4:30 class with Coach Mike. I enjoy being in his classes. He walks around ensuring everyone is moving correctly. He shares great suggestions on what not to do to avoid injury and what is expected. He also knows what your capable of doing even though you may or may not know yourself. He's very encouraging and always positive! Much love to our coaches who share their time with us! We appreciate you and all you do!

Learning how to properly deadlift can be challenging but coach Ryan has really invested in teaching the movement and the technique in a way that makes it safe and quite exciting seeing all those plates going up and down!

Today was a great workout, full body and cardio. Good combination of movements. Perfect for a Saturday active recovery. The farmer carry could have been longer.

Coach Mo assisted me but Coach Ryan was the coach at the class tonight. I felt really good at class. Very comfortable and the coaches were knowledgeable. They set up movements I could do and I finished the workout. Made me feel good about myself. Thank you

I enjoyed this class very much. Hit a new PR of 155 lbs for my clean so that was cool. Leslie said it wasn’t a cardio class but it definately was cardio for me haha

Leslie did very good explaining the clean and jerk . A few new people in the class and I felt she did well on giving them a little more attention. Class moved at a good pace. I didn’t feel rushed. I was a small class but I did watch her do in the previous class and that class seemed well organized. We did have time for stretching after the session. I would have like a better mix of music.

I came in for a free session to try it out and had an amazing time! The coaches and staff were incredibly welcoming, they have a great community feel to their gym, and that’s all on top of getting a great workout in including some great coaching tips! Highly recommend!

Mitch was an engaging coach. Thoroughly explained the workout with helpful tips making sure the athletes were in a great position. Class was fun and ended on time. The gym is clean with plenty of equipment! Would highly recommend The Loop to anyone in the area looking for an awesome CF gym!

Ryan had a good class this morning. Felt good, wasn't dying at the end, but arms didn't want to work. Could have been pushed more on the farmers carry. But overall pleased. The change to County for warmup music was meh.
