The coach provided clear instructions and made sure to challenge us with selecting the proper weight, while still making sure we felt comfortable and were lifting properly and avoiding injury.

it was good for not being in a gym in a while care was taken to make sure that I was doing the exercise exercises correctly. Gym was clean.

The Den has been a game changer for me! Billy and everyone is absolutely great! Billy pushes me just enough to give me the confidence to push myself even more! I never let looked forward to going to the gym, but now I wake-up before my alarm and I am a little lost on days that I don’t make it to the gym!

I had my first session with Jim. He was awesome. He told me the exercises that I needed to do, he corrected my form, motivated me and walked me through my workout.
