The trainers at our Thurles Tailor Made Fitness gym, give me the targeted fitness regime I need to achieve my personal fitness goals. Attending my sessions really benefit physically and mentally. Since joining I have reversed my diabetes diagnosis and I’ve toned my body after losing a lot of weight. I can honestly say this is now my new way of life and the guys in Thurles are so encouraging and really care about each of us who attend. I’m so happy. Thank you guys

The coaching sessions with Charlie and Chris in are always top notch. They make the sessions enjoyable and at the same time nudge us along to keep improving and pushing ourselves. Starting the day with a strength session is always a good start to the day!

Charlie and Chris are fantastic coaches. Recovering from injury where my fitness was at 0. I was so nervous starting but I didn't need to be. They have modified routines, worked with me at my level at each step of the way. Huge increase in fitness and overall health, I'm still on my journey to recovery but with their help I'm feeling more confident about my future. They encourage you to get you through those tough days. My Physio is so impressed by my progress. I would 100% recommend Tailormade Coaching. A huge thank you to Charlie, Chris and Marcus.🏅

My coach was Chris McCullagh, not listed in above drop-down box. It was a brilliant session. Chris explained and demonstrated each exercise very effectively. He is very supportive and provides guidance on how to improve form. A great workout with a lovely group of people and a motivating coach.

Joining Tailormade was the best decision I have ever made. I signed up for an nitial 6 weeks and 10 months later im still there and now managing to get 3 SGT classes and 1 Breathe session each wk . I feel fitter and more energetic than I ever did before. Charlie & Chris are super coaches who always encourage me to push myself outside my comfort zone . They know how how important goblet squats are to me 🤪. I would highly recommend Tailormade 👌

"I've been loving my experience at this gym! The equipment is top-notch, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The classes are amazing, and I've met some great people. The atmosphere is motivating and supportive, and I've seen improvements in my fitness since joining. The cleanliness and maintenance of the equipment are impressive, and I feel like the gym is a great investment for my health. Overall, I'm really enjoying it and would definitely recommend it to others!"

Chris was coaching today and he’s a good guy, always very encouraging and supportive. He is good craic and fun to be around also. I like that he will always show me if I need to correct how I’m doing something. He will show me the correct way and keep an eye and give me feedback on my form. I like also that he does a good demo at the start of each set and pushes me a bit to move on when he thinks I’m able for a bit more. He always asks about the injuries/strains I might have and suggests different exercises if I need to be careful of some part of me for a bit. Overall a really strong coach who I enjoy working with!
