I love the workouts that she puts together! She incorporates full body exercises each time instead of focusing on certain areas and I always get a good workout! Definitely worth checking out!

I liked the format for this class. A, I didn’t have to count. B, it was full body with strength and some cardio if you wanted it. Malia is always good at giving modifications to meet everyone’s needs for the day.

Malia is an amazing coach! Always explaining the exercises fully and making sure there are versions that work for everyone! She also puts up with all the complaining when we don’t want to workout!!

Malia is a great instructor who provides fun but challenging workouts. You can always ask for help or modifications if needed which I love. My kids also love coming to slam with me which is so appealing as a mom. My Mom comes with me often too so it’s a great class for all ages and stages of life.

I have been fully enjoying SLAM. I was nervous to join because I am definitely a beginner, but the coaching is so encouraging and as each exercise is described, they offer different modifications to make it both easier and more difficult. I appreciate the workouts, they are tough but Malia and Katy do an excellent job at making it fun as well!

Lots of encouragement and motivation. Modifications provided and encouragement to do the variation that works for us in that moment, even if it changes throughout class.

Super awesome. The workout was not too heavy on one part of the body but still had good focus and stretching got to the muscles we focused on!
