Since joining Rocket City Crossfit, I have noticed a clear increase in my flexibility. The warm-ups and mobility drills they incorporate really target tight areas, and over time I’ve felt my range of motion improve noticeably. On top of that, my upper body muscle mass has increased. The strength training sessions focus on compound movements like pull-ups, presses, and rows, and the coaches pay close attention to form and progression, which has helped me build muscle without risking injury. It feels good to see and feel those changes in my body, and the consistent workouts at Rocket City Crossfit have made it all possible.
Bekah did a great job wrangling a big class. It was packed out, but it felt great to be in a big group. I do wish we didn’t have folks doing other workouts in the middle of all that.

He is very thorough in his explanation of the workouts and leads great warm ups for the 5am class to prevent injury
Coach Eric’s encouragement keeps me motivated through even the toughest parts of the workout. He reads how I’m doing in real time, increasing the challenge when I’m ready but scaling back just enough so I’m pushed without feeling overwhelmed or risking injury.
As a new member Rebekah is great! She takes the time to make sure I understand all movements and insure my bad knee isn’t injured further.
Alex is the most knowledgeable coach I have had, and I am thankful for all the insight and scaling options he meticulously goes through to prepare us for improvement and mastery of each movement

Sara was fantastic! It was my first CrossFit class and she was extremely helpful, willing to lend a hand and give her full attention while also running the class. Super upbeat, positive and motivational. 10/10 would be thrilled to go again.

The ability of Coach Lake to identify and correct even the most subtle movement faults has been consistently observed, ensuring proper form and maximizing the safety and effectiveness of each athlete's training. For example, Coach's Lake once helped to correct my bench press. He found lots of little things like hand position on the bar, shoulder blades in the wrong position before the lift and not pushing through my heels. This dedication to technique is crucial for injury prevention and long-term athletic development I am 58 and can't afford an injury. Besides technical expertise, Coach Lake is also a skilled communicator and motivator. Their passion and enthusiasm create a positive and supportive environment where athletes feel encouraged to push themselves beyond their comfort zones. They tailor their coaching style to each individual, offering personalized feedback and encouragement that helps athletes of all backgrounds thrive. I absolutely love his class he is a great asset to you and CF training.
