What’s one positive change you’ve noticed since joining PURE Fitness? PURE it has really helped me to be consistent with my exercise. The coaches, including Michelle, are always excellent at accommodating my multiple orthopaedic aches and pains. I intend to keep going as long as I possibly can. Thanks PURE Team!
Michelle is so amazing at finding strategies and movements that work for everyone in the class. I am over 40 and somewhat complex with respect to what I can and can’t do in class and she never makes me feel like a burden, and she always makes sure I have a similar stimulus to what everyone else is doing. I really appreciate her coaching style!

Coach Alli has completely changed how I think about my health and fitness. Coach Michelle is amazing! She’s super motivating, knowledgeable, and makes every CrossFit class fun and challenging. She really takes the time to help with form and pushes you to do your best. I’ve gotten so much stronger since training with her. Pure Fitness is lucky to have her!

I did some things I have never done before. Very fun!
Class was run well with clear directions, thoughtful coaching of movements and tips for moving efficiently. Time was managed well and there was even humor and laughing.

Michelle is one of the best coaches I have ever had. She consistently takes time during every class to provide instruction on good technique and skill for every movement. She also provides unique feedback to as many individuals as she can. I learn something new from her every class. I learned something new today about handstand walks! It’s a privilege to take classes from her and I’m so grateful to have her as a coach!
Max isn’t on the dropdown menu of coaches but he was the coach this morning. I really like the warmup stretches and chill vibe for the lift, ramped up energy for the second part.

Hi, really appreciate the pace of the warm-up when Alli is coaching. We’re always onto the next movement just before I finish the prior movement. Sometimes in other classes the warm up pace is slow & I tend to look at the board and work ahead. I don’t like waiting, especially in the morning classes when I have to get out on time to get to work. I’m grateful when we finish up a little early.

Alli’s programming is ALWAYS spot on! I feel appropriately challenged, pushed just far enough to feel accomplished, and I know I’ve left it all out there. Classes with coach Alli are a true highlight of my week.
