Edee was Great today! I tend to slack off where I can when it comes to working out and she didn’t allow it one bit! She encouraged me to grab weights that will make an impact and gave me tips on how to truly engage muscles that I haven’t in sometime! I look forward to her classes in the future. 😊

I attended my first class this evening and it was absolutely awesome! Moving to a new area and joining a group can sometimes be an intimidating experience. Not only were the instructions welcoming and kind but the entire class shared the same good vibes! What a great experience! 5 stars ⭐️ and I’m looking forward to more!
Edee is such a great coach, always there to help with form. Support and push me. I have two bad knees and Edee always takes time to make modifications to make sure I’m still working at it hard. Love the PSix workout!
Jennifer is always so motivating and encouraging. My favorite aspect of her coaching is she’s always aware of technique and weights, right there to help me push myself or correct my form. She’s a fantastic coach!
Today was a new workout, and Eli took just the right amount of time to clearly explain the format and each exercise. He broke down the movements step-by-step, making sure I understood the purpose behind every part of the routine. His explanations were easy to follow, which helped me feel confident moving through exercises I hadn’t tried before. Throughout the session he was encouraging. He knows our names and pays attention to each of us throughout the hour.
Edee, I liked that you were always watching our form and technique to make sure we were getting the best possible workout.
Jennifer did a fantastic job today and was very helpful and inspiring. When I got home and went to find other times she teaches so I can try and work with her as much as I can.
How did the coach help you today? To modify some moovements to benefit me and pushed me to go heavier on the floor bench press

Ali was great! This was my first day and I didn’t know what to expect. She explained the process and each workout very clearly and demonstrated the form as well so I knew exactly what I was doing. Great workout and a great instructor. I will be back for sure!

Today was my first day at PSIX Fitness and I had a private session with Jacob. It was fabulous. Not only was Jacob welcoming, he was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my specific situation. We worked hard and we laughed, and it was the best workout I’ve ever had. I highly recommend PSIX and Jacob.
