This is my new "Happy hour." I love walking in and feeling stronger walking out each time. The atmosphere at PowHERhouse Fitness immediately boosts my mood - the energy is motivating without being overwhelming. Kelly is very knowledgeable and accommodating to athletes of all levels. She consistently watches closely to ensure correct form, stepping in to adjust my posture or suggest lighter weights when needed, which helps me avoid injury and gain confidence in every movement. Joining PowHERhouse has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I am the fittest I’ve ever been and Kelly always motivates me and pushes me to do things I never thought I’d be able to do. I love how she adjusts exercises based on our needs and abilities. I love coming here! 💛
Kelly is always encouraging reminding us ladies that we are stronger than we think. She is also real good about making sure we think about form as we are executing an exercise so we learn how to avoid engeries. And she is always present in the moment to offer an assist or catch if we are not able to make a complete lift or get stuck at the bottom of a lift. In addition she encourages and offers suggestions on eating nutrionally to fuel the body appropriately.
Kelly has helped me immensely over the last 30+weeks—physically and mentally. I’m stronger, healthier, and more motivated thanks to Kelly’s dedication and expertise. She constantly pushes me. Love you Kelly! ❤️💚💙
I am definitely stronger since joining PowHERhouse Fitness. The workouts have pushed me in ways I didn’t expect, focusing on building real strength through weight training and functional exercises. Each session challenges different muscle groups, and Kelly makes sure I’m using proper form and increasing weights at the right pace. After a few weeks, I noticed I could lift heavier and felt more stable during movements that used to feel shaky. That progress has made me feel more confident both in and out of the gym, which is a wonderful change. The energy in the gym is motivating without being overwhelming, and knowing I’m getting stronger every time I come keeps me coming back.

I love class with Kelly at PowHer House Fitness! After 6+ months of showing up I’m seeing gains in strength, and I’m hooked. Kelly puts together excellent, progressive workouts. She’s always there to modify the lift, to help improve your form, or to tell you you can lift more! She’s also super knowledgeable about supporting your lifting goals with nutrition if that’s something you want to work on. The small class size is perfect; it’s a fun and supportive environment with the other women.
Kelly is a very supportive coach. She takes great care in making our routines for the greatest results. Since joining the gym in September I have gained strength and confidence, while losing inches. I, also, love the community of women I have met here.

To be honest, I was not looking forward to the workout today because the of the assault bike. However, it wasn't as bad as previous times that I've used it and it actually felt pretty good. I also appreciated that you pushed me on the preacher curls because it was a PR for me same for the landline row.

I feel so much stronger than I was before joining the gym, my health has improved allowing me to be able to do more things in life, including starting to run. I appreciate Kelly and everything she teaches us.
My experience with PowHERhouse Fitness has been very positive. I have learned the proper way to workout. The others in the class have been supportive and that is a tremendous help. I feel frustrated at times learning/remembering how to do the exercises properly - where and how to hold my hands, what is the correct procedure etc. Kelly is encouraging, professional and the best.
This is my first week with Kelly. This type of class is exactly what I need to improve overall strength. Kelly takes the time to explain each exercise clearly and demonstrates proper form, which really helps me feel confident in what I’m doing. I really appreciate Kelly’s willingness to help me re-start my fitness goals at PowHERhouse Fitness - she checks in often to see how I’m feeling and adjusts the weights or reps to match my energy that day. I’m glad she’s not going to let me off easy😉. She pushes you to work hard by encouraging you through the toughest parts of the workout while at the same time keeping you safe, making sure your movements are controlled and effective. The balance between challenge and care makes me excited to come back and keep improving.

Great class today- challenging but fun!
I have never been to a gym before, nor taken any exercise classes so I did not know what to expect. Kelly made it so easy! She showed me what to do and it was easy to follow. I went on a day that focused on arms and by the time I got home it hurt (in a good way) to open my car door. So I really appreciated that she had advised me to up my protein to aid in my recovery, that was a huge help! I will definitely be recommending her to a few ladies I know that have been looking for a place to workout!

Kelly is an excellent coach/ instructor. She is extremely knowledgeable and comfortably patient yet she is firm and gently guides you to where you need to be. It’s a comfortable but challenging approach to fitness.
Kelly was approachable and ready to answer questions. She explained why a practice is done and the expected results. She regularly checks for proper form and your general well being while working through the exercise.

My training session with Kelly on Thursday was awesome! She is very knowledgeable and encouraging. However, I’m not looking forward to Monday morning because Penn State lost to Notre Dame and she is not going to be happy.🤪

I enjoy going to this gym. It's fun but it's quite serious when it comes to working out. Exercises are explained well and there's constant feedback, like having your own personal coach. I need this kind of environment to push myself.
