Coach Gui has been so great. He has helped me correct my posture many times and I feel I'm a better athlete thanks to him. The whole team has been great as well. Every coach brings something valuable to each class. I would just like to highlight coach Gui, as he really has made a big difference in my training and makes me feel like someone believes in me when I don't necessarily believe in myself. Loved it; turned a decent day into an excellent one. Really enjoyed the flexibility to swap between the run, bike, row and ski each round, kept things fresh and fun rather than being repetitive.
I’ve had an amazing experience training with Spencer. He is highly knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping me achieve the fitness goals. He takes the time to explain exercises properly, ensure correct form, and adjust workouts based on my progress and needs. His encouragement and support make each session enjoyable and productive.

I was passing through Vancouver and went to Overdrive on a recommendation from a friend. The coach and members at Overdrive were super welcoming, motivating and I felt right at home. We did the 25.1 Open WOD and it was lots of fun! I’d definitely be back next time I’m in Vancouver. Highly recommend!
Marco is honestly awesome. Super encouraging, easy to work with, and really knows their stuff. They make the whole process feel less stressful and more fun while still pushing you to improve. I’ve definitely learned a lot and feel more confident thanks to their guidance.

Great session with Coach Aiden. Went through all the movements and scaling. Got us warmed up and ready to go. Was a challenging chipper WOD.

Coach Guilherme consistently runs a 5 star class. His friendly, inclusive, laid back demeanour creates an environment where people are having fun, improving and pushing to their edge. He gives great feedback and I appreciate how he helps me modify workouts to adapt to injuries.
GUI cares about his athletes and is very accommodating when you need to modify workouts to suit your specific requirements.
This mornings workout was a phenomenal shoulder workout involving a number of technical movements. Coach Sameen was incredibly helpful, correcting minor issues with form that I had never even been aware of while executing these movements in the past. These corrections had me feeling as though I got the most out of each rep! Thanks Sameen!

Coach Gui is amazing! He is very welcoming and is always checking in with athletes. Being new to CrossFit he always ensures all my questions are answered and provides modifications if needed to be successful while I continue to work on my mobility. Additionally, he is very knowledgeable and passionate about coaching!

it was fun, i love the way he teaches class professionally. His way of teaching and technique is somewhat different from other coaches. His time management skills are very accurate and his not rushing anyone in the class. His gymnastics teaching where pure perfection.

Sameen has been so amazing and welcoming! She’s done an amazing job at teaching me and my sister and she’s honestly pushed me to want to continue here for quite a few years. Without Sameen’s motivation, I would have never thought that I’d be able to do a lot of the exercises and I most definitely would not have seen myself here in the long run. Thank you so much Sameen!💜

This was a challenging workout. But the class was great. Good intro, warm up, and breakdown of movements and scaling options. There were a fair number of new members so a lot of time was needed to work thru basics. Sometimes this slows down the class pace, but it was definitely necessary today.
Gui is a great coach. Very knowledgeable and makes each class fun. I highly recommend him!
Spencer’s class is always fun because of his hype up energy. He pays a lot of attention to people’s technique and safety. He has a way to give tips in a simple precise manner, and they click nearly right away.
Spencer is an attentive coach. Last week he pointed a little habit I do that was interferring with my backsquat. This class he noticed I was squatting too low, allowing my back to curve in and losing the tension and power to push back up. Really appreciate his guidance and attentiveness when he coaches, not just towards me but to the rest of the class as well!
Spencer was super accommodating today making numerous modifications for my lower back pain. He is always enthusiastic, encouraging and community focused!
