Great coaching! The coach took the time to clearly explain each movement to newer members, making sure everyone understood proper form and technique before starting. Throughout the workout, they kept the energy high and offered consistent motivation that helped me push through the toughest parts. I really appreciated how attentive they were, noticing when someone needed extra guidance or encouragement. This level of support made the whole session feel more engaging and effective. It’s clear that Outwest Strength & Conditioning values both progress and community, which makes working out there a rewarding experience.

I took the strength and conditioning class this morning and genuinely loved it. This was only my second time attending, and since I didn’t know anyone yet, I felt a little intimidated coming in. The workout itself was challenging in the best way, and I ended up doing better than I expected. The overall atmosphere was motivating and pushed me to work harder than I thought I could. During the class, the coach did call me out for not looking at them while instructions were being given, which I understood and appreciated as coaching. However, another athlete then made a comment about iPad time, insinuating I was an “iPad kid,” which made me feel uncomfortable, especially as someone still new to the class and environment. Aside from that moment, it was a great experience overall, and I really enjoyed the workout. I’ll definitely be back.

Absolutely insane workout today. They push you past limits you didn’t even know existed. It hurts while you’re in it, but the feeling afterward makes it 100% worth it. Highly recommend—can’t wait to be back next time I’m in town 💪🔥

The train facility at Outwest Strength & Conditioning was everything I needed as a hybrid athlete. The equipment is top-notch - everything from free weights to machines was in excellent condition while offering exactly what I needed to work on strength and conditioning. What really stood out were the positive vibes throughout the gym; the atmosphere felt welcoming and motivating without being overwhelming. I recently attended a class at OutWest with Coach Jonathan, and it was a wonderful experience. Jonathan’s coaching style is both motivating and approachable. He made the workout feel challenging yet enjoyable. He gave clear instructions, offered great tips on form, and kept the energy in the room high from start to finish. What stood out the most was how attentive he was to everyone in the class, making sure each person felt supported no matter their fitness level. His enthusiasm and encouragement made the session fly by, and I left feeling stronger, more confident, and excited to come back.

Phenomenal program, and just like in the past coach Jonathan does not disappoint. Very attentive, takes time to correct the athlete’s form, gives tips on how to get the most of our workout, and is a great motivator.
