I've been training at Norman Strength for a while now, and Coach Rick is hands-down one of the best coaches I’ve worked with. His energy is contagious, and his knowledge of CrossFit methodology, technique, and programming is top-notch. What sets Rick apart is how he tailors workouts to every athlete’s level—whether you're brand new or an experienced CrossFitter. He pushes you to improve without ever sacrificing safety. His cues on form are always spot on, and he genuinely cares about everyone’s progress and well-being. Beyond his coaching skills, Rick creates a super welcoming and motivating atmosphere. You’ll work hard, sweat a lot, and probably laugh too. If you’re looking for a coach who knows his stuff, leads by example, and makes you want to show up every day—Coach Rick is your guy. Highly recommend!
