It was great! Because I never did cross fit before, we started using lighter tools and build my familiarity with the process. After that, we added more weight, which was very effective for me. Very good training today!
Exactly what I want from my workouts - I leave each class absolutely exhausted but also feeling like I had a great time! The combination of seeing personal growth in such a fun environment is so motivating. Such a supportive and encouraging crew of coaches, members, and owner! (And the playlist is a blast!) At almost 70 years old and recently diagnosed with osteoporosis I knew I needed to make some physical activity changes in my life. After visiting several facilities, I ended up at Nitro Performance CrossFit. I have been training with Ella for almost 4 months and have seen some definite improvements. I am stronger, have more range of motion and more stamina. Ella makes each session challenging while ensuring that my form is correct. She is always able to adapt the workout if needed. She is a great motivator and wants me to be successful. In addition to Ella, I’ve also worked with Sam. Sam has a wealth of knowledge in nutrition and mobility. She has assisted me on learning to better maintain a proper diet, as well as working on a mobility issue. My goal is to gain enough strength and stamina to enroll in one of the group classes. Hopefully soon! Nitro Performance CrossFit has a monthly newsletter that provides tips on exercises and staying healthy as well as some great recipes. The gym is in a great location, always clean and people there to encourage you! Highly recommend!
I dropped into a class for the first time as I was visiting from out of town. The booking was easy, the communication was great and Coach Samantha was friendly and knowledgeable. The other people in the class were welcoming and friendly - I had a great workout and I would come again!
Since starting Nitro Performance CrossFit, I have stayed motivated to keep showing up and even look forward to working out again. Coach Sam is awesome! She pays attention and notices when my form isn’t quite right and offers personalized feedback in a way that helps me improve without feeling overwhelmed. I also love the space itself and the supportive community!

The programming is dialed in—every workout feels purposeful, challenging, and built to push your limits in all the right ways. The strength cycles are especially impressive; I’ve hit lifts I never thought I’d reach, and the progress is real week after week. The environment is motivating, the community works hard, and the energy is unbeatable. Coach Sam does an awesome job keeping everyone dialed in and lifting safely, but the real star here is the training itself. If you want to build real power, real conditioning, and real confidence, this is the gym you join.

🔥Highly recommend 💪#Crossfit If you're looking for an amazing crossfit gym that "gently" pushed you to be your best, I highly recommend Sam. As an older woman who is doing anything like this for the first time, it's been fun and challenging. I appreciate the explanations, visuals and additional support Sam provides as well as modifications to help me build to some of those moves. There is a lot of lingo in crossfit, but the entire community at Nitro is very supportive. I'm still confusing the barbell and dumbell😆 While I'm a beginner, i love to see the hard core folks really get after it. Come check it! Your body will thank you🎉

Coach Sam is the best! She always brings the energy for a fun class and demonstrates each movement to ensure everyone is performing them properly and safely. Workouts can be scaled to all abilities and everyone in class is very encouraging to each other. Coach Sam is very knowledgeable and supportive and you can tell she loves what she does!
It was a great experience, the workout was tailored based on individual capacity. Small group of people who was always there to cheer up.
