I like how she took the time to explain how to do each exercise using the correct form. That really helped me as I’m new to CrossFit. When it came to the flow of the class, I got a little lost and had to ask some questions to figure out what to do. Everyone was super helpful though. Overall, it was a great class and I look forward to more.

Kim makes difficult movements easy, well easier, but she can’t fix weakness at time of the movement. But with practice and effort she does fix my weaknesses and she has helped me to PR’s I didn’t think possible. I appreciated Cody’s welcoming and warm nature. He made sure I knew where things were and how class was run. He was thorough in his explanation of the workout and gave modifications for anyone who needed it. I loved the message he shared and the reason for the workout (the Ultimate Hero WOD). The community was also very welcoming, and the space was clean and organized! I will definitely drop in again soon.

Great class today, as usual. Nerve always hits the target. I get in and out of class in 60 minutes and, even if I've dragged through the day, I feel energized, accomplished and strong. Best workouts I've found and, even though reading today's workout - I didn't think I'd like it, it was really fun!

Cody always does great. As a coach, he wants everyone to have a good experience, whether it is your first time or you are an experienced gym member. He looks out for everyone and meets people where they are. He is also big on form and will work with you on any micro-adjustments needed to reach the next level. Give this guy a raise. I thought the workout was great! I enjoyed doing moderately heavy weight for moderate reps and mixing in cardio that gave your upper body time to recover, but still was hard work and got the legs burning. Overall I really enjoyed it! And I thought

I learned a few new things at my workout this morning. Cody informed me that groin issues can be linked to Achilles issues and that a person typically lives only 5 more years following a hip replacement after the age of 65. He also taught me how to achieve improved hip mobility via the tactical frog stretch. Very educational day today. Already looking forward to tomorrow’s workout!

I LOVE having Kim as a coach. She is excellent at explaining the work out and the moments. Breaking each one down and highlighting the important things to focus on for each moment in regards to form and the purpose behind each part of the moment so you can do it in the strongest most efficient way possible. Kim also helps us to understand the details of each workout and what the goal is for each moment- are you sprinting on your cardio or moment piece? Or should you start slower and speed up? I have always felt I can ask questions of Kim(and I have many😆) about any part of the workout and I will come away with much better knowledge than I came in with. She is also great at class management- keeping the class moving in a patient and persistent way even when we are chatty.🤓

Excellent. 5star. Kim took time to clearly explain the lift technique today. She encouraged the class to be 1% better. Flemish painter Peter Paul Rubens was one of the most multitalented and important painters of his time. His skilfully made, colourful paintings became famous all over Europe. All the royal courts of Europe ordered work from him. His huge paintings often looked so real that people were overpowered or even shocked by them. Rubens made history paintings, landscapes, hunt paintings and portraits. He also designed sculptures, title pages for books and tapestries.

I love having Kim as my coach at the gym. She is very knowledgeable about CrossFit. She pays attention to detail...always pushing me to make small changes in order to be efficient and safe. I wouldn't do CrossFit unless I had coaches like to Kim! My goal is to get more fit, but never at the cost of getting hurt. Thanks Kim!!

Christina was great today! She is thorough and always explains proper form on lifts and reasons why we do things. For example, today she wanted us to try wrapping fingers over thumbs on pull ups. I get valuable insight from Christina on how to manage the work because she is also active in class and has much experience to share. I also enjoy that she is motivated to teach and seems to like interacting with our class.

Emily has the thankless job of coaching all of the Saturday morning classes, in my view, some of the hardest classes to coach of the week. It’s always a mix of members that haven’t see each other in a week and want to talk and catch up. She does a great job of balancing politeness while still realizing that there’s only a limited amount of time to warm up the movements and get the WOD rolling. She’s always upbeat and encouraging. Today was bar oriented with three different lifts, she properly emphasized proper technique over weight lifted, keeping the movements safe and effective for everyone. She’s a keeper that’s for sure!!
