Rainy was awesome! Started off making sure we were all stretched out and limber especially in our legs and lower back in preparation for deadlift and box jumps. Time management was good as we finished on time and did not feel rushed at all. I was shown where all the equipment is located and a brief tour or the box. Excellent work out! This would be my home gym if I lived here! Love the 24 access pass, love the instruction and warm up as a team, really love the ice cold towels given to us after a workout in July heat, and everyone has been super friendly! Facility has nice equipment and spacious environment ! Will def drop in again if we vacation here in the future! Thanks so much!

Great gym! I bought a 10 class drop in pass when in Miramar Beach for vacation. I have been there 3 times so far. From the beginning, Preston was immediately on top of every question that I emailed him. Victoria and Ashley are top notch coaches who run tight classes. The programming is challenging, yet accessible for all skill and fitness levels. I have nothing but great things to say about CrossFit Miramar Beach!
