Neil was great today. I enjoyed moving through the exercises at more faster paste but also taking the time to do them correctly. I feel my whole body was worked all over.

Nick was great! It was my first class and he immediately introduced himself and made me feel comfortable while teaching me the program for the day. He gave me extra one on one attention to ensure I understood the movements and recommended the appropriate weights as a beginner. He eliminated any intimidation I had in getting started with serious weight training and made me excited to come back!

Great workout, love the whole body work. As much as I hate the high rep sets, they must be doing some good right? Only comment/question is that when it gets crowded like today, would it make sense to offer the more experienced lifters (not me) the opportunity to go to the other half of the gym.
