He did great! I love his classes. He teaches, encourages, helps, motivates, makes sure our form is correct so we don’t hurt ourselves and not to mention his gym playlist is ALWAYS 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! I look forward to working out at his gym😊😊

Workout classes with Milton is always fun while breaking a mean sweat :) Milton and the MGT team are very knowledgeable about each workouts, as well as patient, and energized. Coach Milton challenges and motivates me to surpass my personal workout goals. I also appreciate the flexibility in the class schedule! I thoroughly enjoy my workout sessions and always leave the gym rejuvenated.

Class was very good. All of the workouts were demonstrated very well. The reps were tough but Milton pushed and motivated us to push through. The music was great, also, which always helps me work harder.

She explains the exercises for the workout very well. She keeps the group engaged. During the workout she gives good advice. I think its good to hear key points when your exhausted. (ex. Breath, dont compromise your form, she motivates the group etc....) Very observant! Keep up the good work. Thank you, Maya!
