From only a week of being here I love how yall operate the workouts and are always there to help fix or better my form to prevent injury or increase muscle capacity really awesome place!

As a complete beginner to lifting and using gym equipment, I’ve truly appreciated Joseph’s guidance. He carefully walks me through the correct grip, posture, positioning, angles, and appropriate weight for each exercise. Today’s session was especially impressive: we tackled an entirely new set of workouts without the board, and Joseph seamlessly demonstrated each move while clearly explaining every step. After just one month of taking Hyrox classes with him, I can already see a noticeable difference in both my physique and my running strength. His patience and encouragement have made learning new techniques enjoyable and motivating. I’m excited to continue training with Joseph and look forward to even more progress in the months and years ahead.

Joey is the best! He always has great energy and you can tell he is not only knowledgeable, but loves what he does. He makes sure the whole class is doing the movements properly to avoid injury. I always get a great workout and I find myself getting strong each week.
