Josh is always a great coach. I really enjoy coming to his classes. He always brings his A-game, and a positive attitude. Today, I appreciated him calling me out on my squat depth, but also being aware that given my flexibility issues that last inch isn't always my top priority. I also appreciated the support as I trailed behind the class on a difficult workout. Thanks!

Michele is an awesome coach. Even though we’ve done Russian twists many many times. I was reminded it’s not a full twist unless past hips. Also even though today was a community workout she emphasized correct form and own your workout!

Coach Liz is always hype, knowledgeable, and really good at navigating individual and group dynamics during class. Noon classes are often large with lots of skill levels represented, and she does an amazing job leading us!

If you want to improve, be coached and pushed then Elissa is your coach! She will meet you where you are at by either giving on the spot feedback (I personally love that!) or talk to you afterwards. However, she will never let you be unsafe during a workout. You can "chose your own adventure" (Elissa quote) but just be safe while pushing. She has personally been a huge help with my flexibility, mechanics (still working on that part) and cardio! Over the past year I have come a long way under her guidance.

I think he does a great job. Manages the time effectively and does well at managing the large classes. Only negative I would say is, I don’t like being corrected/critiqued mid-lift. Would rather finish my lift first, but that is pretty minimal and could just be unique to my preferences. Overall, he’s a good coach.

Coach Elissa has been an incredible support in my fitness journey. She consistently helps me improve by clearly pointing out where I need to focus and when I should scale movements, which has really boosted my progress. Her cardio programming has also had a big impact on my endurance. Michael always verbally explains movements well, so I can understand. Along with showing the movement of course. Whenever he shows the "do not do this" movement it's always helpful because let's be honest, I do those things. Love the reminders before the work starts to make sure you DO certain things SO YOU DON'T HURT YOURSELF. I love them even more when I'm in the middle of the WOD because I sometimes get sucked into just getting the rep in the allotted time instead of focusing on my quality. Crossfit is a dangerous sport; and you can't make/keep gains if you're out of the game. Lastly, Michael is very approachable whenever I have questions. And the man seems to always be cheerful with a sincere "nice work" when the workout is done, love it. Always a good day for me when Michael is coaching.
