Today's class was a challenging workout that had many new exercises for me since I am new. Jillian coached me through each exercise with clear, step-by-step guidance, making sure my form stayed solid and adjusted my pace when needed. She kept up a steady stream of motivation throughout the class, which pushed me to keep going even when my muscles were burning!
I’m not at the point where working out is a joy, but my session at Iron Prairie Strength Lab was certainly organized and efficient. The workout felt carefully structured, with clear instructions and a well-paced flow that kept me focused without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. What stood out most was how the coach accounted for special needs, thoughtfully modifying exercises to fit my abilities without making me feel singled out. She checked my form regularly and adjusted the weights and movements to make sure I was working safely and effectively. While I’m still building my routine, this kind of attention and organization made the whole experience feel intentional and supportive, which matters a lot when you’re not naturally excited about exercise.
My wife and I are loving the classes. Jill is great at modifying to our level and makes us pay attention to technique. We don't have to do anything we are not comfortable doing. She also makes us feel welcome. We are so happy we found her. We are stronger than we think!
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Strong Like a Mother Class. Jill has helped oush has fun and challenging
Overall loved the class, and it was at an incredibly convenient time for me, as it coincided with the duration of play school, so I was already driving to town anyways. I enjoyed the increase in intensity over time and alternative movements to account for baby wearing or individual strengths. Only thing I would possibly change is maybe make it more than just Monday Wednesday, for people who might not be able to make it either due to scheduling/illness/winter road conditions, so they can still go twice a week (or whatever frequency to make it work). Monday Wednesday at 1PM worked perfect for me!
Jill was the perfect coach always watching and helping with form and technique when needed! Doing this class was exactly what I needed!
Absolutely LOVE this gym. The coaches are extremely supportive and motivating. The mom and baby class has made working out with a baby so enjoyable! Being able to take my baby to the regular workout classes has also made it easy to stay consistent. I highly recommend Iron Prairie Strength Lab to anyone starting or just continuing their fitness journey!!
How are you feeling after class? I never leave feeling worse than when I arrive! Always glad I came !
The class is good for beginners because it starts with clear, manageable movements that build your confidence. But as I get stronger, there are new levels and variations of exercises that challenge me in different ways - whether it’s increasing weights, adding more reps, or introducing more complex movements. The coaches at Iron Prairie Strength Lab pay close attention and guide me on how to push myself safely, which keeps me improving every time without feeling overwhelmed. I leave feeling like I’ve made real progress, and that steady challenge keeps me motivated to come back.
