Angie is an amazing coach. She takes the time to break down technique and gives genuinely high-level tips that make movements more efficient—little details that help you get more done with less effort (burpees, wall walks, etc.). Classes are always fun, well-paced, and thoughtfully scaled so everyone can succeed while still being challenged. You can tell she’s invested in every athlete.

Since joining High Mountain CrossFit, I’ve noticed a real personal change: I actually look forward to going to the gym every time, and if I have to miss a session, I genuinely miss being there. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the friendships I’ve made feel meaningful - they’re a big part of what keeps me coming back. Being over 50, building and maintaining muscle is especially important to me, and here I feel supported in that goal. The workouts challenge me in ways that make my muscles stronger and my energy higher, without feeling overwhelming.
