First time working out in almost a year. Environment was very welcoming. Coach Mel was very nice and thorough. Overall I enjoyed it and although I’m a little sore right now, I look forward to returning.

Melanie is wonderful ! She has so much energy at 5 am . She is the reason I find the motivation to push myself ! She always makes sure I have correct form . I love trying new movements and pushing myself when she is around !

It has been at least 3 years since I worked out with Melanie, but she's the same amazing trainer! I love how she meets you where you are and provides modifications for our current fitness levels. I will definitely be back.

I love this gym! Small classes are the best. I go mon-fri and sometimes Saturdays and love every workout. Every day is a new focus. LOVE THIS GYM!

Great class today! Melanie pushed us to work our core and I felt great when I left…I was energized and ready to face the day! As always, Mel provides great instruction and watches us close for proper form. She even individualized my training last week when my lower back was giving me trouble. She’s the best!

MELANIE is great. I have not worked out in over 4 years. She made my 1st class excellent. She helped me with all the.modifications I needed & still a very good work out I burned 369 calories. The ladies in class with me were so supportive. Sometimes it's very hard to be the newbie in class, but not at HerTimeFitness. They treated you like a friend. I am definitely going back tomorrow.
