I am a beginner and middle aged. All coaches are very knowledgeable. Instructions are highly efficient. No egos and welcoming that fosters a great learning environment. Every visit is building on the last sessions and systematic. 6 weeks in and feel confident that this is the school for me.

Coach Drake takes adequate time to clearly instruct each technique while ensuring there is plenty of live roll opportunities. Additionally, he monitors class for dangerous situations to avoid potential injuries to his students.
